The URL on this blog was changed without the creator/owner's permission, just wanted to give everyone a heads up in case you see @dc post anything - the URL was taken off this blog and put onto a password protected blog. I (the owner/creator) have reached out to the only 2 people with the power to change the URL who could have done it, and because I don't want to assume anyone's bad intentions, I'm not going to publicly name them - but just a heads up in case that URL becomes active in the future, it was wiped from this blog. Despite this blog being not as updated as it could have been, I don't think it's right that the URL was changed and moved onto another blog.

HAHAHA this at least made me laugh. a DEEC move indeed, but hey, they’ll have to live with the fact that they know they stole a url on tumblr (out of all things to steal why a digital url that everyone will know isn’t yours and you’ll be forced to turn off messages and asks😭😭😭)

at the end of the day, there are more important things to worry about (though don’t get me wrong, that doesn’t make me less disappointed that this person chose this route to steal MY url off a blog I CREATED). doesn’t make it less okay to take something that isn’t yours, but at least i have the maturity to realize this doesn’t truly matter in the grand scheme of things. that person is a thief at worst and dishonest at best, and that’s not on me so, technically, i win? a win is a win.

(and they can always do the right thing, which i hope they do - but they might go the route of mental gymnastics to defend their decision to steal the url; but again, that shows what kind of person they are. and that’s not on me!! it’s on them!!)

I was going through Tumblr as I often do (tbh even if I don't always post, I do check Tumblr fairly regularly from time to time to read my own older posts, check on friends, etc) - this is basically what happened

  1. opened my phone, read old poems on my personal, seperate poetry account
  2. the direct blog underneath caught my eye bc the URL was way too long and I had to take a minute before my brain processed I was looking at "deecnuts" and I was like EXCUSE ME WHAT LMAO
  3. they must have done it all at once, change the blog to deecnuts or whatever was available and take @dc off all at once.
  4. i'm kind of laughing bc that URL sucks ass but hey, when you're stealing another URL, you must not care enough besides making sure the URL becomes solely in your possession!
