Catherine Langford was more than just kind and generous. She had a gift of an endless, open-minded, child-like curiosity. She saw the world not for what it was, but for what it could be, and she saw potential in people that others failed to recognize. Like her father before her, her contributions to science have changed the world more than most people know…

This is the sucker I’ve been following.
Still valid, especially for someone where they were not aired together. Excludes Origins. (But that would come before the movie anyway.)

Inktober day 7: Colossal
I redid this piece a solid 3 times with completely different ideas. It was hard to get the scale of colossal in a way I was happy with. I ended up with this piece centered on the Stargate 1994 film. Stargate is one of my favorite, if not my absolute favorite, movies. I find a lot of inspiration from sci-fi movies and this one is no exception. Stargate gets a bonus for using mythology in a way that is not unique but entertaining and a much-needed departure from ancient aliens while keeping the aliens ancient. For this piece, Ra’s pyramid is the main focus. I tried to make it look big with perspective so it would fit within the Stargate frame. Jack, Daniel, and Sha’uri are at the bottom though you can’t really tell who they are.
Awesome work!
Damn that's good!
