After an argument with my mother - which once again wouldn't have been necessary if they had stopped when I asked them to simply end the topic - I was once again reminded of a statement that has come up more often in recent years (whenever I criticize something about her).

Absolutely you can! I actually appreciate when people like my work enough to commission a follow-up, and I certainly have more than my share of ideas and ficlets that I’ve been *craving* to write more of but haven’t had the ability to do so — commissioning a sequel is the BEST way to get me to continue an idea you enjoyed!
Also, mildly related, I do also offer other types of writing, such as ASMR scripts and interactive fiction (like Twine and Ren’py, though my practical experience for the latter is fairly minimal at the moment).
If you guys would like examples of my ASMR scripts I’ve done in the past, here’s one of my favorites!
If you’d like an example of my Twine/interactive fiction projects, here’s one I did for FFXIV (its not finished and likely won’t be for now because it was such a huge project, but I love doing smaller stories with a more concise plot!)

I've been spending a lot of my time online either lurking or on my DCA discord server, and while it SEEMS like I've been completely dead I have in fact only been mostly dead (/joke). Hopefully I'll be cross-posting some of the ficlets I posted over there and the *mountain* of information for the uhh..... four? five? new OCs I have now.
Here's some graphics I recently made for that same server, though feel free to use them elsewhere if ya want! There's a little bit of an inside joke for the discord stickers, but I am quite proud of how they came out c:
