In the country I am from, Women's Day is a very significant (but not religious) holiday, so here are some edits of my favorite BSD women with different kinds of Islamic head coverings. As you can see there is a lot of variation — some prefer to cover the whole face, some prefer to wear it loosely, and still others like pinning accessories!
Before anyone comes at me, I would also like to explain that being Muslim is not wholly racially based. Anyone can be Muslim, so there are both Muslims immigrants living in Japan, and actually quite a few Muslims who are ethnically Japanese, especially in bigger cities like Yokohama!
