Cookie Carnival’s Random Selection: Favorite Princess Oh Aurora, I can recollect how many times you were placed last in the “Favorite to Least Favorite" Princess category. Aurora only had 18 minutes on screen, but within that scorching wee-little time frame, she exude sheer elegance and innocence. Aurora is graceful and lady-like, she is quite a mori-girl in terms of fashion; a style which I dearly love. Aurora was also modeled after the legendary, Audrey Hepburn, one of my favorite actresses.

Long before the Maleficent movie, Disney released a hilarious book called My Side of the Story where Maleficent and Aurora both told their respective sides of the story with some great illustrations. Maleficent claims of course she was only looking out for Aurora and Phillip’s best interests, despite those pesky fairies. And poor Phillip is constantly described by both sides as always being a total mess and “smelling like a horse.” (Also Aurora says he has dimples so deep you could ”plant corn in them” and “deep enough to mine for gold.”)
My friend, who is a Cast Member recently shared this on Instagram because she was so upset. I didn’t know this because I live so far from the parks but SERIOUSLY?! I can’t even. As much as I love Frozen, this is the PRINCESS FAIRYTALE HALL. You know what that means?! PRINCESSES ARE IN IT! It isn’t Frozen Hall. Yes there’s always new things, Walt always wanted to explore new angles and ideas, but that shouldn’t mean forgetting the things and projects that get you to where you are today.
What’s next? Tink’s old nook is going to turn into an Arendelle attraction?
Honestly it just makes me sick.
Wait? Can they actually do that? Anna and Elsa are new, and one of them isnt even a princess. To be honest, Princess Aurora and Snow White were two of the nicest princesses ive met. I havent met Anna or Elsa but it isnt right to take the other princesses out. There wouldnt even be a Frozen if Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs had failed. This is the definition of injustice.
