The GodKill AU is a fan made alternative universe that I made for Nicoby

It’s pretty much an AU where Nico and Toby swapped places and everyone else is the same

(In this case Nico’s a killer and Toby’s a son of Ares the Greek god of War)

And yes, it it’s a collection of posts!

Both, this meme can work for both the GodKill AU and for normal Nicoby since Alex (Toby’s younger cousin whom I made up) exists in both

Toby’s younger cousins in the GodKill AU are nosy as hell

I also feel like Alex wouldn’t catch on the obvious clues of GodKill Nico and Toby being in a relationship, he’d probably see or hear Nico flirting with Toby and be utterly confused until another family reunion a year later when he finds out

This is so cute, but the idea of Toby saying he’s gonna spit on their cereal as a threat is funny

Lyra teasing Toby about his crush along with Clarisse is so cute

I think the five of them (along with Connie) would have a nice family dynamic

Also: Clarisse definitely stays over at the Rogers house when she’s not busy with college

And then when Toby and Nico actually start dating they get the whole meet the family situation due to, GodKill Toby having a big extended family and the fact that Nico is bad at introductions since he’s not used to being around so many people before due to the killer thing

oooh someone actually asked for it!

I imagine that GodKill Toby would sound like David Near’s classic rendition of Ticci Toby minus the edgy voice distortion/glitch effect

GodKill Nico definitely sounds like Marshall Lee from Adventure Time and you can’t convince me otherwise

GodKill Connie would sound Joyce Byers from Stranger Things

And I have no idea for the rest

So, you see in the past I have read multiple fanfictions that are Connie-centric or where Lyra’s revived (somehow) and in those she’s pretty badass and straightforward plus she’s clever in them, so I hate the whole “oblivious parent” trope

So my main inspiration for her in the GodKill AU was:

Joyce Byers from Stranger Things

Well first off, both are badass moms, and both of their young sons went missing in canon lore

So I guess Ares was drawn to Connie because of her personality and I headcanon that Connie is a high profile detective in the GodKill AU, so that’s pretty badass in my own opinion

But essentially how both Connie and Ares met is pretty vague

(Let’s pretend that she didn’t care/know about Nico being a serial killer working for Slenderman)

And for the origin of GodKill Toby

I guess he would’ve been conceived because Connie and Ares kind of tried (?) to have a relationship but then a year after Toby was born they had to part ways because Connie found out about Ares being the God of War

Also, Connie can see through the Mist

I guess Toby’s early life was fine until Connie got with his dad because he abused them but then she divorced him and they moved away

I guess Lyra can also see through the Mist too

After moving away with his mom and Lyra, Toby’s life started to calm down for a while, until he had to go on quests and the whole “Hey Mom! I’m currently living with a deadly eldritch god, and I also got a boyfriend! His name’s Nico by the way.”
