dreamed that kindergarten nap was called sleep class and everybody went to sleep including the teacher. if you were awake it would get a little bit foggy outside and grey and cloudy, and these guys would start approaching the classroom from behind the tree line (forgive my shitty phone drawing)
and they were at least a story tall, some of them were taller, you could see their legs over the trees. they would approach very slowly. this one (the one i drew) had a name for some reason, his name is kick.
before i was totally awake my brain conjured a meme of a bunch of these guys approaching from the treeline and a child watching from the window with the caption “when you the only one awake in sleep class 😂😳😏”

Boris Nemtsov - Former deputy prime minister, Boris Nemtsov, was shot dead a few hours after giving a radio interview in which he denounced Vladimir Putin and his “mad, aggressive” policies. Nemtsov’s last Tweet was an open invite to a rally protesting Russia’s actions in the Ukraine crisis and the economic crisis at home. 5 men were charged with Nemtsov’s murder but his family still believe the “organisers nor those who ordered [the killing] have been found.”
Devy Saldivar - 16-year-old Devy Saldivar wrote this Facebook status whilst sheltering from Hurricane Harvey with her great-grandparents and 3 siblings. The family died hours later when their van became engulfed in flood water.
John Lang: Lang was a proclaimed activist who stumbled across an alleged corruption scandal within the Fresno Police Department. For many years Lang documented strange occurrences after going public with his statement. Lang’s body was found in his fire engulfed home with stab wounds to his abdomen and back. His death was ruled as a suicide.

Kerri McAuley - Only days after writing this post, mother-of-two, Kerri McAuley, was brutally murdered by her boyfriend, Joe Storey. Storey was found guilty of murder in June, 2017 and was sentenced to life with a minimum of 24 years.
Declan Sullivan - Sullivan was filming football practice for his school when the tower he was seated on collapsed. Sullivan was taken to hospital where he succumb to his injuries.

Half a million pages have been digitised by the National Folklore Collection, of which more than 100,000 pages have now been transcribed by volunteers, revealing the fairy situation in every townland, the types of leprechaun and butter churn common to each area, the names of people who tried to steal gold and what happened to them, or who had relationships with mermaids. There is material on local cures, holy wells, strange animals, travelling folk and spirits.”

1. The Lovers of Valdaro are a 6,000 year old Neolithic skeleton couple who were found buried together in Mantua, Italy.
They were both around 20, both 5′2, and had no physical trauma evident in their bones. They were buried with flint tools. Their limbs are entwined in an endless embrace.
2. The Hasanlu Lovers are 2,800 year skeletons found locked in an eternal kiss in Solduz Valley, Iran.
The body on its back was around 20 years old, and the other skeleton was around 30 and showed signs of injury on the right side of their body. They were found in a plaster grain bin, most likely hiding from soldiers in a raid, and asphyxiated during this time.
