Kris Sketchdump!! I haven't done a lot of drawing the past few months-- I changed jobs and dealt with the emotional whiplash of all of that, have been working on a cosplay for FanX Salt Lake, worked on a whole entire tabletop campaign, and have been playing some Vidya Gaems (Got another Minecraft hankerin, played more of My Time at Sandrock, tried to finish Pokemon Legends: Arceus, and started Pokemon: Black and White) But here's a few sketches I've worked on since then! 1. Idk, some variations of Kris's armor. 2. Kris from an AU RP, a Lightner variation of the Knight with some Everyman Butterflies (But Soul Flavored) 3. Rough Sketch for Adult Kris (This was while all the Older Kris concepts were coming out). I imagined they'd be a bit more punkish. And then a study of Older Kris's figure and body shape. Some more well-defined muscles, made for someone who Consistently Remained a fighter in the Dark Worlds. 4. Another random sketch/study. Idk, I like their hair tied back. And the Dark Scleras are a Vibe. Also, I got these garnet heart-shaped earrings and they make me think of Kris, so they're wearing 'em.

Have some unfinished Deltarune sketches! First is Kris and I started this sketch traditionally before transferring it digitally, I was just having one hell of a time figuring out sword poses. And then Dess!! I always love the imagery of the Hunted Deer and had a lot of fun figuring out the pose!!

Another fox Kris. This technically was the first fox Kris I drew, while trying to finalize my take on it. It was a lot more fantastical than what I settled on in future sketches, but boy it was fun!! This time I was inspired by that DTIYS by mosseater3110 on Instagram and people's takes on that, but feral fox Kris. (I have a different, actual entry to that DTIYS I'm working on slowly but con prep is a thing I am still doing first)

Another fox Kris, but as a real-ass wild fox. There is a thought in my head where Kris is some sorta werefox and just occasionally becomes a full fox but it's so much funnier to think they are just a really frustrated wild animal that these monsters are trying to raise like a human child. I think the fox Kris trend was started byyy @mint-chocolate-rooibos ?? I could be wrong! But check out their art!!

So recently there's been a trend of drawing Kris as an anthro fox... I see that and raise you draw them as a real fox, you cowards /pos

The Dreemurrs need to stop raising a wild animal like a human child it's really not going well

Anyways here's my take on the idea. There's a few people who have been doing the trend but the ones that have been my favorite so far are from @em7raen and @mint-chocolate-rooibos

I've had this sketch around for like, FOREVER. But I decided to add some fun textures to it. This was me at 2 am one night messing with new PROcreate brushes, drawing an obligatory angsty Snowgrave piece

Idk have a quick sketch of Kris cause I like trying different clothes with them. Also missing cozy sweater weather and it's a bit of wishful thinking Been very busy with prepping for an art booth at a local con towards the end of the month, so there's not a lot of time for art but damn have I've been itching to pick up a pen. I've got a bunch of small sketches I might share though.

*Chants* Holo prints, holo prints, holo printsss Big thank you to Catprint- the first round of these had one of the corners get super damaged in shipping and they sent me a reprint!! They also turned out SO beautifully. Probably am only going to sell these at in person events because this is a hobby, not a business and I'm trying very hard to keep it that way. But they just turned out so pretty so I had to share

You know when you've stared at a piece so much that you kinda hate it? Yeah that's this piece lmaooo Lost count of how many hours I put in it. There was a TON of tweaking and reworking along the way to try to get it to a place where I was happy with it. I'm gonna chalk it up to one of those drawins that are there to teach us, and accept that I've learned a lot from it. Edit: Have a closeup, because I like the closeups better and it helps give a better idea just how much small detail there is!!

So when the Deltarune hyperfixation really started setting in a few months ago, I had a dream where I had this plush Kris and spent the entire dream carrying it with me wherever I went. I hyperfixated on having one For Real, and to my disappointment, learned Toby Fox's complicated feelings on making merch of the lightners. But the idea wouldn't leave me. So over the course of a night and a day I needlefelted Kris. I have only needlefelted once before with a similar hyperfixated frenzy and that was the Paopu Fruit that Kris now sits beside. I have no idea what spirit possessed me to make this, but it wouldn't let go until it was done. And that is the story of my dream Kris doll that I made a reality. Also don't mind Kris in the dice tray they takin a bath

Dark World Dess Idk still playing with designs for Dess. Haven't found a consistent design and way I like to draw her yet. Probably won't until we know what she actually looks like, lol Wanted some parallels to Kris's outfit while keeping it Christmassy. See her as some sort of Paladin/Battle Cleric class- more along the lines of Susie's Bruiser, but with support magic.

Do u ever have those drawings that make you literally forget how to draw and you spend the entire time looking at it like ??? How do draw? How did I ever draw? Why can't draw now? That's this drawing so far

*Proceed Idk I wanted to practice sword poses and also wanted to draw Kris with their hair tied back and my hand slipped and now this sketch is massive

Sisters that cast Snowgrave together stay together

Seems the popular take for Dess is that she has fire powers (Don't know if it has to do with the random unused sprites of Things on Fire or just cool opposites) but I think it's more likely that the Holiday family all has ice magic, just like the Dreemurr family all has fire magic.

Also yes, this is a finished version of this sketch that I did a while back. Finally decided to finish it.

WOLF IN SHEEP'S CLOTHING Geddit cause the Dreemurrs are like goat-sheep people Was thinking about this kind of symbolism in Kris wearing the fake horns for so long, and also in Susie referring to both her and Kris as sharks in the jevil fight-- referring to them both as predators.
