Having thoughts again about what Davepeta said before they went to go fight Lord English. About how every iteration of someone is necessary for the big picture. Doomed timelines are still necessary to making a whole person’s identity, bc it’s choices they have and would have made but they just can’t remember it all. And how this relates to Calliope, and her predominated self telling her to just live. So that, no matter how small, one part of Calliope as a whole got to experience a life full of joy. Some part of Callie’s identity on a universal level is happy. Even if every other calliope (which i think is just predominated callie?? right???) was miserable and alone, there’s a small of her universal presence that’s ok.
Idk i tear up about that.
