@that-cunning-mind and I were shootin the shit one day and somehow came up with this Quackervolt fankid. He's inspired by a chuck e cheese animatronic and Chucky the doll, he's also feral and has a tendency to bite.
True love is laying in bed at 1 in the morning with your wife and laughing about all the horrible things Darkwing could awkwardly walk in on in regards to Megavolt and Quackerjack.

One of these days Quackerjack and Megavolt would learn not to mess with the fabric of time. One of these days they would simply gut the time top and use it for parts in something actually useful. And one of these days the electric rodent would stop getting caught up in whatever half-baked scheme his partner in crime cooked up that day.
Today, however, wouldn’t be that day- or even the year- as the two found themselves stuck in 1927. It had been yet another one of those ideas that seemed interesting in theory, but horrible in practice– going back to when the first television was made and take it for ransom. They had hardly made it out of the time stream when the top began smoking. Megavolt did everything in his power to see what had caused the system to fry as Quackerjack sat by his side– casually playing with his paddle ball as he chewed gum obnoxiously.
