Day 3: Crafty Duck

I remade this comic from a couple months ago to see how I’d do, and I’m pretty happy with it! I’ve definitely improved at drawing these guys/overall composition and it was really fun revisiting this

Baby Gonzo is the Muppet Babies version of Gonzo. As with his adult counterpart, young Gonzo has an obsession with chickens; either carrying his toy chick—named Camilla—in the 1984 series or tending to the three chicks—including one named Camilla—who live the backyard coup in the 2018 series. A chick appears on his red jumper in the puppet and original series; in the 2018 series he wears red overalls with a lightning bolt with wings on the front (a possible reference to his role as a stunt artist) and a yellow chili pepper shirt (a shirt adult Gonzo has worn multiple times).

Something there

The most beautiful things in this remake are costume and scenic design: i would love live in that castle, even if is dark and ruined, and the yellow dress is amazing. SOme friend tell me that the beast i draw is too kawaii, and resemble my beloved husband, i tell him and he was pretty proud about, maybe because this is the scene where we can clarely understan that there is love and understanding. And afterall i always prefer the beast than the prince ahahah
