Comic-book creators Matt Wagner (Grendel, Mage) and Kelley Jones (Batman: Red Rain, The Sandman) have teamed up to flesh out some of the bloody backstory of horror's most iconic vampire with Dracula: Book II – The Brides – and Fangoria has got an exclusive excerpt for you to sink your fangs into today. Check the link for more!

This second volume follows the huge success of Dracula: Book I – The Impaler, which filled in some of the mysterious gaps of Dracula's backstory that aren't included in Bram Stoker's seminal 1897 novel.

Wagner and Jones are once joined for 120 pages of sinister and sexy story (almost 30 pages longer than Book I!) by the stellar talents of José Villarrubia on colors and lettering by Rob Leigh.

Holler - New Graphic Novel by Jeremy Massie

"Massie’s loose, upbeat art has just enough of a rough edge to make it feel right for a story about grunge rock. This bittersweet blast from the past will strike a chord with recovering high school outcasts." HOLLER, the new graphic novel from Jeremy Massie, reviewed on Publishers Weekly!

"The Painter" by Eric Drooker - from his new graphic novel, Naked City

NAKED CITY: A GRAPHIC NOVEL BY ERIC DROOKER

In this long-awaited graphic comedy from an esteemed illustrator and storyteller, three bohemians struggle to answer the question: “Is it possible for an artist to survive in the 21st Century?” More:

A young singer poses for a painter who has shifted from landscapes to nudes, and both of them learn a thing or two about the purpose of art and the meaning of success. The original graphic novel Naked City takes us inside the head of native New York artist, Eric Drooker (frequent cover artist for The New Yorker). His award-winning graphic novels—beginning with Flood—have charted new terrain for the form, and Blood Song is soon to be a major motion picture. Don’t miss this epic meditation on art and life.

Loving, Ohio - interview with Matthew Erman about new graphic novel

"In Loving, Ohio, a cult has its tendrils in everything–quite literally. Much of Beck’s art for the interiors ranges from unsettling to visually traumatic–yet it’s the banality of The Chorus that really stokes dread for the reader. ... If you’re willing to visit Loving, Ohio, you’ll likely come away changed." DIS/MEMBER dives into the new graphic novel, Loving, Ohio, with writer Matthew Erman:

Dark Horse Comics presents The Complete Elfquest Volume Eight: FutureQuest the final volume in The Complete ElfQuest omnibus series, arriving in January 2025.

At over 700 pages, this beautiful softcover volume collects ElfQuest’s Stargazer’s Hunt and FutureQuest story arcs, with brand new art and commentary by co-creators Wendy and Richard Pini.

The Pinis are joined by writers John Ostrander (Star Wars: Legacy), Ben Harkins (ElfQuest: The Rebels), and artists David Boller (Spider-man 2099), Dennis Fujitake (Dalgoda), Delfin Barral (Stargate), Sonny Strait (ElfQuest: Stargazer’s Hunt), Terry Beatty (Batman: Gotham Adventures), Craig Taillefer (Books of Magic), Charles Barnett III (Deathstroke the Terminator), Paul Abrams (Badger), Kathryn Bolinger (Rai), Jerry Braccia (ElfQuest: JiNK), and Jen Marrus (X-O Manowar), with letterers Chuck Maly (ElfQuest: The Rebels) and Nate Piekos (Stranger Things: The Voyage).

About The Complete ElfQuest Volume Eight: FutureQuest:

Cutter’s quest is complete, but now stargazer Skywise and his daughter Jink set out on separate quests of their own to recover something precious that has been lost—or stolen. Their journeys span both space and time, bridging the past and the future of the World of Two Moons, now known as Abode.

Meanwhile the planet’s human inhabitants have entered their own technological age and have come to face the truth: they were never alone on their world. One perplexing mystery remains unsolved—why did the elves of Abode disappear, and where did they go? Jink makes the answer her personal quest, even as she crosses paths with a rowdy group of space-faring misfits, The Rebels, on their own search for answers.

“These characters and stories have been a long time brewing,” confides Richard and Wendy Pini. “And we’re thrilled for them finally to get the top-notch Dark Horse treatment. The number eight has always been special to ElfQuest (the elves count on eight fingers) and this volume completes a very special octad for us. Now readers can follow the elves’ adventures from the distant past right on through the not-so-distant future.
