These previously unreleased images - presumably taken during George and Pattie’s honeymoon, February 1966 - are currently being sold on eBay for £349.99:
“The slides are fascinating as they show George and Patti [sic] away from the media scrum that usually surrounded them. The silhouette showing them touching noses is extremely touching. I bought these slides back in 1985 after staging The Scottish Beatles Fair in Perth in 1986. They’re clearly stamped June 1966 but George & Patti’s [sic] honeymoon was earlier that year. It’s possible that they just weren’t processed until that date. The photographer and location are both unknown. The person I bought them from told the story that he’d been a painter and decorator who had done some work for George. On moving a piece of furniture away from a wall, he discovered the slides on the floor. He handed them to George but was told to keep them or bin them. George by that time was no longer married to Patti [sic]. No other information is available.” - The listing: here.
