Okay so uhh, I had the idea to write poetry inspired by characters. So this is my first attempt. It’s about Yosano, focusing on her time in the war. So yeah, it’s not nice.

Warnings for: medical themes, uncomfortableness in general, just Yosano’s trauma, medical horror mayhaps, war themes. Abuse. Death.

Nothing lasts forever, good things pass, but so does the bad. It will be alright sometimes

It’s okay to not fall in love

It’s not some moral obligation

You can exist alone

Romance is not some great salvation

Amity would like poetry, because I say so

I’m angry

I’m allowed to be angry right

I can’t take this much longer

But I have to

I feel like a ghost haunting my home

I grieve for my life

My past and my future

I never had big dreams

I guess that’s a good thing

You could say I’m fighting

But I’m barely moving

I’m aching for what I could have been

I can’t have that anymore

And I’m angry

I made a thing

I also finally finished that poem
