Theory:Afton is still alive
I've noticed something interesting about Gregory's Burntrap drawing in Ruin. Both Burntrap and The Blob have purple eyes.
What if It was actually canon and Afton just transferred his remnant into The Blob and left The Mimic in his endo shell?
We do have a blink and you miss it cameo.

I believe Afton was the puppet master. Vanny and The Mimic were his thralls. The Mimic allowed Afton to use it's body, and his resurrection was complete. And both Burntrap and Princess Quest endings were canon. First Gregory ventured down to the basement and then Gregory went back to complete Princess Quest. Gregory saved Vanessa, while The Blob took Afton away and as The Blob took Afton, Afton took control of The Blob and left The Mimic down in the basement.

How I would change The Blob’s design from Security Breach
If I could change anything about The Blob’s design in Security Breach
- The Blob’s face would be half Molten Freddy and half Funtime Freddy or just replace Molten/Funtime Freddy with Golden Freddy/Fredbear
- Mostly all the Animatronics from FNAF 1-7 and even from AR would be apart of it So -Classic Animatronics -Toy Animatronics -Funtime Animatronics -Rockstar Animatronics -Mediocre Melodies -Scrap Animatronics
- make him bigger, and make his tentacles float around.
- Using the pieces of the others to speak as one collective mind, like the gravemind from Halo infected the prophet of regret.
