(In other words: Trunks finally hears about Vegeta's shenanigans from the Saiyan saga to the present. But the others reassure him that Vegeta's (probably) a team player now, so it's okay!)

by popular demand (two people) here's that gohan/dende idea i was talking about. worth mentioning that i envisioned it as a mostly no dialogue comic just vibes

so at kame house, gohan is witness to a kiss between krillin and 18. it's short and sweet and gohan notices how happy krillin looks afterwards. of course he knew what kissing was, but he'd never actually seen one happen that he remembers. he wonders if it's really that nice. day or so later, gohan and dende are hanging out at the temple, laughing together, and in a moment of pure happiness gohan sees dende smile and laugh so freely and openly that he's overcome by affection and impulsively gives him a kiss, but backs away the moment he realizes what he's doing. dende, unfamiliar with most human customs, is confused but slightly blushing at the sudden physical touch. gohan is very embarassed and quickly yells "SORRY GOTTA GO BYE!!" and flies away, leaving dende even more confused.

Tried my hand at a painting style (today I discovered that Clip Studio has oil paint brushes! Isn’t that cool?). I can’t paint to save my life but I like that it looks more calming than flat block colours on the regular brush :)

I was thinking of adding more to this piece, too:

But we’ll see...I kind of give up on fine details really quickly.
