("How did your very first casting go?") - "Oh, terrible. An absolute nightmare. [...] It was so horrible, I think I had to look a bit- it was said in the script that I had to look a bit darker, tanned, you know. And so I went to a tan studio in Cologne, but my skin is very white, so I came out like a burning tomato. I looked sick. And it didn't go away for a couple of days, so, if I would see the images now... that already was grotesque. [...] But the script was so cheesy, I should've seen it, but I was very, very young, I was like 15."

DAILYBRUHL is excited to announce that we have now officially reached our FIRST BIG MILESTONE!
While that might not be something too special for other sourceblogs, it certainly is for us, since we never would’ve thought that so many of you care about Daniel and our work here. We want to thank you for every follow, every reblog, every like and, most importantly, every interaction from you all since this blog was created. We could not have asked to be part of a more amazing, dedicated fandom, small as it may be! To give you guys something back, we have decided to make a small celebration event out of this:
Each of our members has chosen one character/movie out of Daniel’s filmography and will post a gifset for said character over the following days. Out of the ones that have not been chosen by us, you will have the opportunity to vote for those you’d like to see a set of HERE. We will make three additional sets, so you can vote for up to three different characters and the poll will be open for a week, starting today.
