Regarding companion quests:
I was planning on dividing the companion quests by act like they are in-game, but it may be easier to make a companion masterpost like I have on the daitranscript blog and then make each companion a post with their own quests.
Who are you?
You most likely know me from @daitranscripts, the dialogue project I started in 2019, but my main blog is @plisuu! I am an artist, writer, and jack of many trades. ㅤㅤ ㅤ
How do you know you’re using accurate dialogue?
I am using the text-dump files along with the game conversation files, as well as various playthroughs.
Unlike the DAI project, I cannot guarantee 100% accuracy due to the difference in file structure. The DA2 files are difficult to parse through, and the lack of mod tools only compounds the problem. I will do my absolute best to make sure the dialogue I share is as accurate and thorough as possible. ㅤㅤ ㅤ
You typo’d/did a thing wrong/you’re missing class/personality/companion specific dialogue!
Please let me know in an ask—I hope to have a very accurate account of all the dialogue, so don’t be afraid to let me know if I’m missing something or have any egregious typos. This project is a huge challenge, and I already know that I am going to miss things. ㅤㅤ ㅤ

Short answer: Hopefully, yes!
Long Answer: I intend on working through the game from start to finish, first main quests, then secondary/companion quests, and then side quests. I do plan on getting through the whole game and DLC. ㅤㅤ ㅤ

Remember to be kind in my ask box and notes. This is not the place to start character discourse. I love to take dialogue requests, but asks that demand certain quests or are rude will be swiftly deleted. Repeat offenders, or especially rude anons, will be blocked.

A pair of soldiers drag Varric through dimly lit hallways, eventually bringing him into a room and throwing him into a chair.
Varric: I've had gentler invitations.
Cassandra steps out of the shadows, a book in hand.
Cassandra: I am Cassandra Pentaghast, Seeker of the Chantry.
Varric: And just… what are you seeking?
Cassandra: The Champion.
Varric: Which one?
She throws the book at his face, drawing her sword and holding it to his throat.
Cassandra: You know exactly why I'm here! Time to start talking, dwarf. They tell me you're good at it.
She stabs the book.
Varric: What do you want to know?
Cassandra: Everything. Start at the beginning.
The scene fades in on a horde of darkspawn that Hawke fights with one of their siblings. Bethany/Carver kneel over one of the corpses.
Bethany/Carver: Scouts.
Hawke: We will have to fight them sooner or later. Then we make our stand here. Prepare yourself.
They fight through a bunch of darkspawn.
Bethany/Carver: We can't keep this up forever.
Dialogue options:
More darkspawn crest the hill.
Carver: Here they come. Shall I give them a taste of my blade? Bethany: Here they come. Shall I deal with them?
Dialogue options:
They continue fighting, and eventually an ogre rushes in. Hawke kills it flashily, but the darkspawn keep coming.
Bethany/Carver: There's no end to them…
A dragon appears on a nearby hill, flying down and wiping out darkspawn in a blaze. The scene cuts back to Cassandra and Varric.
Cassandra: Bullshit. That's not what really happened!
Varric: Does that not match the story you've heard, Seeker?
Cassandra: I'm not interested in stories. I came to hear the truth.
Varric: What makes you think I know the truth?
Cassandra: Don't lie to me! You knew [them] even before [they] became the Champion!
Varric: Even if I did, I don't know where [they are] now.
Cassandra: Do you have any idea what's at stake here?
Varric: Let me guess: your precious Chantry's fallen to pieces and put the entire world on the brink of war? And you need the one person who could help you put it back together.
Cassandra: The Champion was at the heart of it when it all began. If you can't point me to [them], tell me everything you know.
Varric: You aren't worried I'll just make it up as I go?
Cassandra: Not at all.
Varric leans back.
Varric: You'll need to hear the whole story.
