Jayslade (my first and only, inspired by a discussion in a Sladejay server and a convo I had with @d-xs). It was supposed to be NC-21 but as often happens, I ran out of steam during the setup.
Anyway:
If you wanted Jason to describe to you just how did he end up here, falling out of the highest floor in Titans Tower, bleeding from a stomach wound, with Slade Wilson in his arms... He can tell you, but it's not like it's a rare thing nowadays.
Well. It was a hell out of the first kiss, he can tell you that.
Probably the only thing that is making this different. And only time will tell if the butterflies in his stomach is a "good different" or a "sword wound, but extreme amount of dopamine released in his bloodstream fucking up with his pain perception".

Midnighter didn’t do heroes. Never. He didn’t do brave sacrificing action, and he certainly never went out of his way to save someone who didn’t deserve it. He did, however, work with heroes. Nightwing being the brightest example of them all. They matched heavenly with him, and with Apollo which was a good thing. The only problem was that Dick Grayson wanted to bend down for any of them as much as he wanted to drink liquid gold. And here went Midnighter’s hope to bring someone to their little corner of heaven.
Until he met Dick Grayson’s younger brother, one and only Jason Todd. The kid was perfect he thought as he casually licked his lips holding the younger man’s stare. Jason Todd was a blusher, and Midnighter’s dirty mind wanted to know where the blush would stop.
SladeJay apprentice au
Slade finds Jason sitting on his bed, legs crossed, a bowl full of cereals carefully balancing on them. He is watching some kid show --that he is definitely too old to enjoy as much as he does-- on his computer completely enthralled by the colors and loud sounds coming from the overly colorful heroine. Slade grunts at the door, Jason doesn’t startle, he lost the reflex a long time ago under an even more discreet master than Slade. The teenager turns his head to look at his mentor, spoon peaking out of his mouth.
Slade observes him for a beat and finally crosses his arms and leans against the entrance of Jason’s bedroom.
“You okay, kid?” he finally asks. Jason frowns.
“Why d’ya ask?” he says mouth full.
“I don’t know? Because of the boy unconscious in one of our rooms maybe?” Slade answers unimpressed.
“I’m fine, old man. Don’t put your eyepatch in a twist,” he grins milk spilling from his red lips. Slade sighs.
“That’s Grayson in the room, your brother,” he insists. Jason rolls his eyes.
“I’m fine, and he isn’t my brother,” Jason grumbles.
“Did he see your face?”
“I’m a professional, Slade. Of course he didn’t see my face, didn’t even hear my voice.”
“Good.”
“I know, I had a good teacher,” he smiles. Slade tries not to smirk. “Sandra taught me well,” Jason adds quickly.
“Brat.”

SladeJay Prompt #1 – Stranger in a Familiar Land
No one must know, his mother had said, years of accumulated regret seeping into her tone. It ought to be hidden. Should never be known. There are powers within a name – especially ours.
The night at the warehouse exposed a secret – one taken to Jason’s grave to return to the land of the living. Sheila Haywood was an old god; her true nature weakened while followers dwindled with time. But during their dreadful reunion, his mother blessed him with a name known only to him.
His godly name, the reason he re-awoke from the confines of his coffin.
With no one to trust, Jason kept this secret from disappointed father figures and rejected brothers.
This changed when Slade Wilson came into the picture.
Once Jason uttered his faithful name under unforeseeable circumstances.

Prompt Submissions Now Open!
Hello everyone! It’s been a few months since the last SladeRobin week ended, which means it’s now time to start preparing for our annual mini event, designed to help us survive through to October again. This year’s mini-event will be taking place on April 16-18th, and as you all know, the first step in putting the event into motion is gathering some prompts for you all to choose from!
Prompt submissions will stay open Wednesday, January 20th, and you can submit your ideas by sending them to this blog in the form of an ask.
There is no limit to how many prompts you can submit, however all prompts should be reasonably short and able to be open to interpretation by writers and artists. For example, prompts such as Vampire AU, Time Travel, Future State, or even a short piece of dialogue like “Wait, don’t!” are fine. A detailed synopsis for a fully plotted story you’d like to see is not. Please think carefully before submitting your ideas, as any prompts that don’t fit these guidelines will not be added to the final list for voting. Similarly, if we get multiple prompts submitted that are very similar to each other, the mods will usually pick just one to put on the list, so don’t worry if you don’t see your prompt with the exact phrasing you used on the poll when it goes up.

First Sentence Prompt: She stared at him, heart in her throat.
The hand holding the dagger doesn't waver and there's no hint of hesitation in his eye; no, he's the picture perfect definition of determined.
"You shouldn't have come here, Jay," his voice is tense yet even and she can't help it when it makes her shiver.
"You knew I couldn't let you do this," licking her lips, she takes the second his gaze flickers to her mouth as personal victory. "You know I'm going to do everything I can to stop this---stop you."
Slade allows a fleeting smirk to take over his mouth as he leans in closer, presses the dagger firmly against the skin of her throat as he says: "Let's get this show going on then, kid."
