Hi! Thank you for your kind message :) I feel happy knowing someone has seen my desktop theme as I rarely find myself on people's desktop blogs outside of the Tumblr interface these days!!!
I used the Tinkerbell Mouse Effect from RV's free effects. Instructions on how to use are included on the page (amazing & iconic free scripts to decorate your blog can be found there!); when editing your desktop blog, you can paste it anywhere underneath <head>, or above </head>.
Once it's been pasted into your blog code it's easier to see the colour codes that you can customize. I left mine as the colours provided. The colours are denoted as #XXX; these are shortened web-safe - colours that will display consistently across different browsers (i.e. #0033ff becomes #03f) but you can put in whichever six-digit hex codes you desire.
