I give a very long sigh and chuckle, still kind of nervous. "Sorry. I'm... not quite sure why I did that, hehe."

"I'm... not sure." I sigh. "Multiverse really messes with your head." I chuckle. "It's probably nothing." I start to leave. "Love ya!" And I dissipate into the shadows.

I look up at seemingly nothing. "I'm watching you, Admin."

I give a very long sigh and chuckle, still kind of nervous. "Sorry. I'm... not quite sure why I did that, hehe."

I'm like 95% sure I'm transfem and I REALLY like V, so I don't know what that would make me.

The drone looks up at Tera.

"I'm okay, Mom, don't worry."

She looks behind Tera at the room and tilts her head.

"Can I come in?"

"M-mom?" She blinks, more confused then anything else. "Hang on I think you've got the wrong drone, I ain't a mom."

She looks the drone up and down. "You can come in but...we gotta figure this out..."

She smiles cheerfully. "Thanks, Mom."

The drone runs into Tera's room and plopped down on her bed, humming while kicking her legs. "What are we figuring out?"

Tera blinks again, though this time it's a bit more frantic. "Okay. First question. How old are you?" She does that thing where someone places both hands over their mouth in a tent shape.

She tilts her head up and puts a finger on her cheek. "Hmmmm."

She grumbles in thought for a few seconds before looking at herself. "10?"

"Okay... so not an accidental kid I didn't know about... somehow..." Not that it was possible to begin with, but it was where her mind went first.

"And... your name?"

She gives a wide smile, showing very tiny fangs, and giggles as she answers. "Ana!"

"Okay, Ana. Where uh... where'd you come from?"

Tera glances at the fangs, feeling her core jump at the increasing series of 'things we have in common'. But refusing to panic juuuust yet.

"The oil pump." She giggles. "I got thirsty."

"Oh!" She suddenly remembers something. "I was gonna go the nursery to see Mama."

Speaking of her core, it just dropped into her stomach and went ice cold.

Adding 'Needs oil' to the piling list and holding her breath, she asked the dreaded question:

"A-and who's your other parent?"

She jumps up with a closed eye smile and giggles before speaking in a bubbly voice. "You're so silly Mom. Mama's name is Kiara!" She giggles again.

Aaaand that's when the panic slams into her full force, panic, embarrassment; a whole pallet of different emotions.

"R-right."

"Yeah of course it is."

Her tail twitches, and her eyes close, trying her best to reign in a scream or a stream of expletives.

"Why don't we go see her together then?"

She's cheerful at the suggestion and nods. "Sounds great."

So they go out through the house, thankfully nobody home to ask questions she didn't have the answers to. Past the oil pump and tantalizingly close to the clinic/nursery when they are unfortunately stopped by one Rad Hayes.

"Hey Ter! I was just- aww, who's this?" He leans down to look at Ana, 'Dang she looks like if you and K had a baby."

Tera twitches a little at his phrasing

"I'm Ana." She notices the twitch and looks up at Tera. "Are you okay, Mom?"

"Mom?" Rad blinks.

"Oh fu-" Tera growls before he can curse in front of Ana and he backtracks. "Fudge?"

"We're going to see Kia. Don't ask ANYTHING, because I don't know."

"Alright... fair enough." He gives a half smile. "Well... uh. Good luck with that?"

Tera just sighs, "Come on, let's go see Kia..."

When they enter the clinic, Kiara is there, looking to be filling out some paperwork and leaning on the front desk, deep in focus.

"H-" She cuts herself off from shouting to her mama after remembering where they were, instead deciding to just take Tera's hand and start walking up to the desk.

Tera jolts a little when the hand grabs her own but doesn't protest, just withers slightly at the feeling of her reputation fading away.

"Hey Ter... Bear?" She stops her greeting halfway through when she sees Ana. Cocking her head slightly. "Oh?"

She waves with her free hand. "Hi mama. Sorry for almost shouting earlier."

Like all the others. She blinks. And then raises an eyebrow at Tera who just shrugs, looking sheepish and embarrassed.

"Mama huh?" She hums, thinking for a moment before sighing and setting her paper into a folder and shutting it.

"Well you didn't. So you did good! I was just finishing up here." She hummed, voice taking on a lighter cadence.

She came up to Tera, talking quietly so Ana couldn't hear. "Mama?"

"I don't know, she calls me mom, name's Ana...another dimension?"

"Where we are together, and have a 10 year old kid?"

"Weirder stuff has happened..."

Kiara huffed.

"I hate that that's true. What are we gonna do?"

"I don't know? I almost thought you'd have a plan."

Kiara thought to herself for a moment before shrugging. "Be her parents until someone comes looking for her? That's how it normally goes."

Tera blushed softly. "I don't know h-"

"Just... follow my lead." As she pulled back, she gave a small kiss on her cheek, which made her tail stand on end before she got a goofy smile.

"Hey Ana, you wanna tell Mom and I about your day on the way home?"

"Okay." As they start walking, Ana recounts the events of her day. "I woke up, ate breakfast, and then I mostly just wandered around the sanctuary. It's kind of boring, so I went to the barracks and swung a practice sword at a dummy for a bit. Then I got thirsty and went to the oil pump, and went to go see Mom. She asked me weird questions, and we came to find you." She ends that last bit with a higher, more happy tone, smiling.

"You were alone all morning?" Tera asks, her voice also sounding slightly softer in comparison to her usual tone. "No one was with you?"

They began to climb the stairs, Tera leading as her tail slightly wrapped around the child now thrust in her care.

"Yeah, why? Mama was working at the Nursery." She looks at her parents. "I stayed inside the sanctuary, right? No dangers present." She says that last part in a "matter-of-fact" tone.

"I just... don't want you to be by yourself." She said softly before shaking her head. What the hell was she saying? It wasn't like she'd even known of her existence until a couple hours ago.

"I think your Mom's just worried about you." Kiara hummed, giving Tera a sarcastic smile that made her 'co-parent' grumble in irritation.

She laughs in a way oddly similar to Tera's. "Well, even if there WAS danger, I'm plenty strong. Don't worry, Mom." She gave Tera a low pat on the back and took a look around. "We're going to Mom's house, right? Will I get to see Mars Bar?"

"Y-yeah. I'm sure he'll be happy to see you." She opened the door, a bit freaked out that 'her daughter' knew about something that was supposed to be secret.

Standing in the kitchen now was Uzi, just washing dishes as she listened to music and in a relaxed state that was rare for her.

Ana waves and hand and speaks with a somewhat raised voice. "Hi Grandma." She begins looking around excitedly. "Oh, is Grandpa here too?"

"Hi sw- Grandma?" She paused, turning to look at all three of them, before her jaw went slack. "Uhhh."

Tera gave a sheepish, nervous smile. "Surprise?"

"We don't know."

Text appeared on Tera's visor. "Roll?"

In response Uzi displayed text of her own. "We're talking about this later."

"Y-yeah, your Grandpa's here, N!"

"Comin!" His footsteps plodded down the stairs to stop at its landing. "Oh! Hi Kiara and... uhm."

His gaze snapped between all three of them as if placing traits. "Granddaughter?"

She lets go of anything she was holding at runs up to hug N. "Hi Grandpa." She giggles. "I'm so happy to see you."

He hugs back just by instinct, knowing by her scent alone that she was his granddaughter. "Um Hi!, I'm happy to see you too little one!'

He looks at Tera and Kiara with a confused expression. And they both respond with a shrug.

"You want to head up to my room now Ana?"

She looks at Tera and nods. "Okay, sounds good." She turns to Uzi and then to N. "Bye Grandma. Bye Grandpa. I'll see you later."

(Side note: I got bored and made Ana in Picrew, though I'm not sure on the outfit still, more the hair and eyes.

Uzi and N both look at each other as the girls go upstairs and Tera wrenches open her door to let everyone in. Her internal panic having reached a fever pitch.

She was a mom? Did Ana have any negative effects on the solver? She barely knew this girl? How was she supposed to parent?

She leaned her head against the door and closed her eyes for a moment.

Mars Bars snout poked out from underneath the bed and sniffed at Ana.

Ana sees the snout and chuckles before crawling over to the bed. "Hey Mars Bar." She placed her hand on the snout and pet it.

Mars Bar takes a single whiff of Ana before leaping from under the bed and tackling her with kisses, licking everything he could reach.

She chuckles at all the kisses and starts hugging Mars Bar, petting his head while speaking in a babying esq voice. "Hey buddy. I missed you too, yes I did, oh yes I did." She's having a lot of fun.

I point at Tera. "Is she, like, okay? Spines, wings, and maybe the claws I can get, but the solver symbol kind of worries me."

"Oh, she just lost a spar with V."

Tera procedeeds to utterly maul a training dummy, sinking her teeth into the neck of the wooden man and snapping it in half.

"She gave it her all but lost because she overheated... she's working it out of her system."

"AHHHHHHHH!" Tera yells as she stomps furiously on the dummy until it's artifical spine snaps.

When Kiara turns back, she's blushing a bit.

"I don't like it when she's angry but... it's... attractive in a way..."

I do that thing in anime where a character tilts their body to the side with a smug look. "Yeah, really shows off her strength. I imagine you'd like that. Have a strong girl like her wrapped around you, cuddling... or maybe more?"

I look at Tera and cup my mouth. "I'm up for another round if you want to in the future! Might lessen the dummy repair costs."

All Tera does in response is scream into the sky

Kiara just blushes harder and bites her lip...

I clap my hands together. "Aaaand I will take that as my cue to leave. The offer is there regardless, Tera." I turn to Kiara. "I'll see you later. Try not to overheat until then." I turn to look at Tera and wave. "Bye Tera! Love ya."

I point at Tera. "Is she, like, okay? Spines, wings, and maybe the claws I can get, but the solver symbol kind of worries me."
