The Hoia Baciu Forest - The World’s Most Haunted Forest In Romania lies what many people refer to as the world’s most haunted forest, the Hoia Baciu forest. The forest didn’t just come across this title, it earned it. Numerous ghost sightings, disappearances, UFO sightings, and paranormal attacks have taken place over the years. At the center of it all lies the Dead Zone, a near perfect circle where plant life refuses to grow and paranormal activity seems to be the most prevalent. Over the years many people have gone missing in the forest. The earliest known disappearance was known to be a shepherd and his 200 sheep who never returned after entering the forest. Those who searched for him found no trace of him or his sheep. Another story if of a little 5 year old girl who went missing in the forest only to return 5 years later wearing the same clothes and with no recollection of where she had been. There are no explanations for the disappearances of these people, they just vanish. These disappearances have given the forest the nickname of “The Bermuda Triangle of Romania.” Although unexplained disappearances are strange, the forest is also infamous for its paranormal activity. Many people have been able to capture strange photos of ghostly figures and orbs. Many others report seeing shadowy figures, being scratched or pushed by unknown assailants, and even see UFOs. Many people will hear screams, growls, giggles and voices when they’re in the forest with nobody in sight. On top of people have reported numerous UFO sightings over the Dead Zone, light anomalies, and experience malfunctioning electronic equipment or find their batteries drained. On top of all that, some of the forest’s trees grow abnormally into strange, twisted shapes with no reason as to why. There have even been fluctuations in the magnetic field recorded around the Dead Zone. It’s no wonder many people simply refuse to enter the forest. Because of all the strange and unexplained phenomenon in the forest it’s no wonder its earned its name as the world’s most haunted forest. Many believe that the Dead Zone is a portal to another dimension. Some believe the missing people have actually been abducted by UFOs. Others simply think its cursed. The answers lie inside the forest and its infamous Dead Zone. Are you brave enough to find out for yourself?

On August 8th, 2000 a document was declassified which sparked the interest of many in the paranormal community. The document transcribes a conversation between a monitor from the CIA (MON) and a psychic subject (SUB). The subject was given an envelope which contained a card which said the following: The planet Mars. Time of interest approximately 1 million years B.C. During the interview the subject was verbally given coordinates and were instructed to remote view the location. The monitor wouldn’t ask for specifics but only for the “raw data” that the subject is seeing or sensing. The conversation the two had ranged from nothing to seeing tall figures taking shelter from a bad storm. The whole document is a very interesting read and reads like a Sci-Fi book. However the data collected in the document should be taken with a grain of salt. There is evidence that the whole thing was a trick set up by the Soviets to get the CIA to waste money and resources on pseudoscience. Its also a possibility that the psychic in question could have been faking their observations in order to make an easy paycheck. However it is not outside the realm of extreme possibility that the psychic was truly remote viewing the Mars’ surface. Documents like these tend to spark our curiosity and shouldn’t always be immediately dismissed. What do you think? Stay curious

The Washington D.C. UFO Incident (1952)

From July 12th to July 29th, 1952, Washington D.C. was invaded by a fleet of UFO’s. In the beginning the object’s were spotted by the civilian population until the night of July 19th seven objects popped up on radar at Washington National Airport. Air traffic controller Edward Nugent spotted the objects 15 miles south of the city on his radar which was later corroborated by senior air traffic controller Harry Barnes. They noted the objects’ abnormal behavior of sudden turns, sudden acceleration and quick ascending/descending speeds. Two other radar technicians in a another tower spotted the objects on their radar and even saw one of the object’s with their own eyes, noting a “bright light” that moved at “incredible speed.” When the objects moved over the Capitol and White House Andrews Air Force Base was contacted who also spotted objects on their radar and saw an “orange ball of fire” that moved at “unbelievable speed.” At Washington National Airport they noticed objects on radar converging on the position of pilot S.C. Pierman on the runway who spotted 6 “white, tailless, fast moving lights.” After jets were scrambled and moved towards the objects the objects disappeared. After the jets returned to base to refuel the objects came back and were gone again at sunrise.

That wasn’t the last they were seen. The following Saturday night on July 26th the crew of a passenger plane noticed bright lights above their plane. After reporting the lights, both Washington National Airport and Andrews Air Force Base spotted the objects on their radar all over D.C. They witnessed that the objects would move slowly, sit still, and even move up to 7,000 miles per hour. Two jets were scrambled to investigate, one of the pilots pursued four white lights but couldn’t keep up and lost them. The other pilot reported the objects were “all round me.” When more jets were scrambled one pilot saw a white light that disappeared when he moved towards it. Civilian aircraft continued to see strange glowing objects in the sky throughout the night.

Both Albert Chop and Major Dewey Fournet from Project Bluebook were on site during the events on July 26th. It was recorded that the objects seen in the sky were made of solid metal and were not weather balloons. The public was anxious for answers so the USAF’s official statement was that the objects were simply meteors and illusions, however behind closed doors officials in the USAF and from Project Blue Book knew different. It is also worth noting that some of the pilots in the skies on July 26th saw nothing unusual. So what exactly happened? What were the object’s in the skies over Washington D.C. and why did they seem to move in a way that didn’t obey our laws of physics? Did these object’s have extraterrestrial origin? Why did they leave at sunrise? The answers were in the skies of Washington D.C. in July 1952 and may never be truly known.

CSETI UFO Sightings - Vero Beach, Fl

This is a very interesting video captured during a CSETI expedition in Vero Beach, Florida in February of 2015. CSETI were attempting to make contact with extraterrestrial spacecraft when a bright orange light appeared in the sky over the ocean. Minutes later a second beige orange light materializes next to the first one.

CSETI claims to be able to make contact with extraterrestrial beings by meditating and “reaching out” to them. Through this form of communication they claim to be able to invite the extraterrestrial spacecraft to their location, where they can then attempt to make peaceful contact. I’m not quite sure if these methods of communication are legitimate or not, but on multiple occasions it does seem to get results and video evidence like this video is captured.

Texas Mass UFO Sighting (2014)

On the night of August 11th, 2014 during a thunderstorm residents of southeast Houston, Texas saw strange lights in the sky. A few people managed to get photos of the mysterious lights and post them on to Twitter. The UFO in question had raised quite a stir with many people asking for answers of which they never received. All we have from the incident is 3 pictures, and many questions. Something interesting to note is the seemingly attraction of UFOs to electrical storms. This is not the first time UFOs have been seen near electrical storms, the question is why? Is it just coincidence or is there a purpose behind why electrical storms seem to attract UFO activity? We may never know what was in the skies that night, but many believe the UFO to be of alien origin.

Orange Eyes

In March of 1959 three teenagers went out onto an old country road nicknamed lover’s lane in Mansfield, Ohio. What they went there for one can only assume but their night didn’t go as expected. The three teens fled the area when an 11 foot tall, 1,000 pound creature with large glowing orange eyes emerged from the forest. Therefore the area of Mansfield and Charles Mill Lake birthed a local legend.

The decades that followed gave many other individuals the opportunity to see this mysterious creature. On one occasion a group even armed themselves and headed out into the forest and country roads to kill the creature. One night in 1968 a group of pre-teens reportedly chased after the orange eye’d beast with baseball bats and rope intending to capture the creature but it managed to escape. In 1991 Orange Eyes was spotted for its final time by two fishermen. The creature eventually faded into local legend and was never seen again.

Some described the animal as being ape-like similar to Bigfoot. Others believe that Orange Eyes is an alien that was trapped on Earth. In October of 1973 a UFO was spotted over Mansfield which emitted a green beam of light coming from the craft down to the ground. Many locals all saw it from different parts of town, and people began to correlate Orange Eyes with UFOs. What exactly Orange Eyes is we will never know, It hasn’t made in appearance in 26 years and presumably isn’t coming back.

“Butterfly” UFO over Ohio-Kentucky Border

There was a video that surfaced recently of this UFO flying near New Boston, Ohio. A father and son recorded an “eerily silent” UFO flying southwest into Kentucky. When zoomed in the details of the craft are quite striking. The UFO moved silently through the sky in the video and the father and son went home. On their way back home they spotted two military helicopters heading in the same direction about 5 minutes down the road. Does this craft look man-made or more like an alien spacecraft? The Greys

If there are aliens what do they look like? Do they look like people, walking reptiles, little green men? Well one very common description from witnesses of UFOs and aliens is of whats called a Grey. A Grey is described as being short, hairless, sexless, skinny beings with black eyes and grey skin. They are said to have small slits and holes for their nose, mouth and ears. Their bone structure is extremely visible due to how skinny they are. They typically stand at 4 feet tall, very rarely exceeding that height. 

Greys are seen in 43% of close encounters cases where witnesses actually see an extraterrestrial. These Greys were the ones who abducted Betty and Barney Hill and also were the ones who piloted the craft that crashed in Roswell. Those who have encountered them say they do not speak through their mouths but directly to you using telepathy. If these beings exist they are highly intelligent and obviously are interested in humans. Do they want to simply study us, or do they want something more? For now the answers remain hidden to us, for now.

Men In Black Caught On Camera

The Men in Black are a mysterious group of strange men who visit witnesses of UFO’s and UFO related activity. They will often try to keep them quiet about their incident by threatening them and it often works. It’s believed that their mission is to keep as much UFO activity a secret as possible. This video was posted on YouTube on April 19th, 2012 by user StewieBlackOps. An employee at a hotel recently had a UFO sighting. Two men in black showed up to his place of employment and started questioning the employees there about the witness. They wanted to find him but fortunately he wasn’t working that day. The following day he was confronted by his coworkers who then told him about the two men, and they found them on the security footage of the hotel lobby. This video also has a voice over done by the man the men in black were looking for.

Air Rods

Air rods are a supernatural phenomenon that are yet to be explained. Every now and then strange rods appear on photos all around the world. They go by the name of “air rods” and “sky fish.” Its hard to find them and they occur randomly, most people tend to capture them on their camera by being lucky. Skeptics think they’re just insects but what are they really?

UFOlogists think they’re alien probes, cryptozoologists think they’re a fast moving undiscovered insect. There isn’t a lot of information on them but its known that they are three dimensional objects and not anomalies caused by the camera. If they are alien probes are they just another way for extraterrestrials to explore the Earth? If they are an undiscovered species of insect why have we not found any dead ones? Perhaps one day you will be lucky enough to capture one on camera for yourself, which could lead to some fascinating discoveries about the mysterious air rods.

How Do Aliens Visit Earth?

The nearest star system to us is Alpha Centauri A and Alpha Centauri B which are 4.3 light years away. Currently we haven’t been able to reach the speed of light (186,000 miles per second) and it’s thought humans can’t survive at that speed. However is it possible that other intelligent life has already reached that speed? Furthermore is it possible that those beings traveled for 4.3 years to get here, or have they found another way? Wormholes have been long theorized to exist, and can make space travel much quicker. Light years can be shortened to a few feet, making space travel between long distances quick and easy. Is it possible that more advanced intelligent beings have found out how to use wormholes to travel from their solar system to our’s? It’s extremely probable that an intelligent species of aliens have found out how to travel long distances in short amounts of time using wormholes. The theory of wormhole travel would give a lot of credibility to UFO’s traveling to Earth and could explain why we see them so frequently. Do you think aliens use wormholes to travel to Earth? Apollo 16 UFO

There are plenty of strange photos coming from the Apollo Moon Missions, and this one comes from Apollo 16 in 1972. Just above Astronaut Charles Duke is a strange glowing light in the sky. This is not the first time a similar looking object has appeared in photographs taken on the moon. There are plenty of strange and mysterious photos taken during the moon missions, this is just one of many. NASA has given no explanation to this photograph, leading many believe the object is of alien origin. Conspiracy theorists and UFO researchers believe that Earth’s moon harbors many alien bases that extraterrestrials use as field base when observing and traveling to Earth. They support their claims with similar photos to this, including ones that supposedly show structured buildings and “towns” in multiple photographs. They believe that we were told by these aliens to stay away and that is why we haven’t gone back since 1972.

The Mantell UFO Incident

On January 7th, 1948 a strange object appeared in the skies of Madisonville Kentucky. It was a stationary metallic sphere which hovered which is unlike any aircraft made by man at the time. The object was seen from a control tower at Fort Knox by multiple witnesses and four F-51D Mustangs were sent in to investigate the object. Among these pilots was Captain Thomas Mantell who was an experienced pilot and World War II veteran. He was praised for his heroics in the Battle of Normandy and is credited with over 2000 hours in flight. Mantell and three other pilots made their way towards the object. They all made their approach towards the strange object and all have seen it. Mantell described it as “metallic and of tremendous size.” One pilot returned to base to refuel, leaving the other three to pursue the object. The other two pilots called off their pursuit at 22,500 feet due to lack of oxygen, but Mantell was determined. He kept his pursuit of the object trying to identify what it was. At 25,000 feet Mantell blacked out from hypoxia, a lack of oxygen, and his aircraft started spiraling towards the ground. He crashed on a farm at the Kentucky-Tennessee border and his body was later pulled from the wreckage. The incident quickly became national news, and Mantell was honored for his service to his country. Many came to wonder why such an experienced pilot made the mistake of climbing too high to the point where he couldn’t receive oxygen. Rumor quickly spread that he was shot down by the mysterious UFO. Rumors that Mantell’s body was riddled with bullets and that the wreckage was radioactive spread like wildfire. Many believed that he was shot down by the UFO. The Air Force eventually revealed the crash report which refuted all of these claims, but did not say what the object was except if was of unknown origin. Is it possible that this was an Alien spacecraft and the Air Force didn't know what it was? Or was the aircraft man made and the incident was covered up by the Air Force? What do you think?

McMinnville UFO

This is a photo taken on May 8th, 1950 by Paul Trent in McMinnville, Oregon. His wife Evelyn was returning to the house after feeding the rabbits on their farm, and noticed a slow moving flying disc in the sky. She called for Paul to come look and they observed for a short while and then Paul went and grabbed a camera. The object was still flying went he got back out and snapped this photo. For nearly 70 years this photo has been considered authentic despite numerous attempts to debunk it. Its been featured in Life magazine and have become the the most famous UFO photos ever taken.

Characteristics of a UFO

UFO’s are any aircraft you see in the sky that can’t be identified. The term UFO is typically used to describe alien craft, and here is how you can tell if it is.

The Shapes Alien craft are seen in multiple different shapes, most commonly are the cigar, sphere, the triangle and the saucer. The Lights Typically the flying object in question is emitting some kind of light. Sometimes the object itself is glowing and appears to just be a glowing ball of light. Other times there is a visible craft that has lights flashing on it. The lights are multicolored and flash at a fast rate. An airplane or other human craft has a red blinking light that flashes about once a second. The Behavior In general the craft seems to ignore the laws of gravity. They will hover for prolonged periods of time not moving at all. They will move at fast, supersonic speeds where they break the sound barrier but with no visible or audible sonic boom. They can go from absolutely still to supersonic speeds in the blink of an eye. When moving at high velocities the craft can make right angle turns without decelerating at all, which is a turning radius unachievable by any human made aircraft. They are eerily silent, very rarely will the craft ever make noise. When looking at a questionable aircraft look for these characteristics before judging its origin. We know there is life out there, and we know they visit us, just be sure what you are seeing isn’t a human made aircraft before jumping to any conclusions.

According to a survey, 54% of Americans believe that Intelligent Extraterrestrial Life exists in the universe. Of that, more than half were men. It is common however for Americans to believe in Aliens especially since it’s been such a big phenomenon in the country. Ever since the crash at Roswell Americans have been obsessed with aliens and ufos and many believe the government is in on a conspiracy to cover up their existence. Most even believe that Area 51 is at the forefront of such a coverup and is actually harboring UFOs and aliens.

The Solway Spaceman

Jim Templeton took this photo in the Burgh Marsh in Cumbria, England one summer in 1964. Later on after the photo was developed he noticed a strange figure standing in the background. He his wife and his daughter Elizabeth, the girl in the foreground of the photo, were the only people around during the time the photo was taken. The photo has become highly questionable and has left many wondering who or what is in the background.

To some it looks like a “spaceman” wearing a spacesuit, some believe it is an alien or inter-dimensional being. Kodak offered a substantial reward to anyone who could prove the photo was a fake. Jim was later visited by men in black who asked him questions and asked to be brought to the site. In Australia a missile test was aborted because they said two figures who looked exactly like the Solway Spaceman had stumbled onto the launch site.

Nowadays the “spaceman” in the photo is assumed to be the man’s wife who walked into the shot of Elizabeth without Jim knowing. But there are some who are unsure and think that Jim would know if that happened or not. We can’t ask Jim because he unfortunately passed away in 2011. Whether the figure in the photo is Jim’s wife or not, there is no denying that this photo stirred up quite the mystery. What do you think?
