advice I would give to myself at 18, or really any young person, get an education or commit suicide. you may as well just cut to the chase. you see all of these posts, memes, omg bro don't get the student loans I invested in myself and started a business, I learned a trade and I'm making six figures. I am sure that this happens but this is not the reality for the vast majority of people, you may as well advise people to start buying lottery tickets and pretend like this is a viable way to make a living and a good alternative for going to college. I think it would be good, if you have the option, to not go to college right away, if you graduate high school get a normal job and work with normal people full time. support yourself on this money. notice how miserable it is, how miserable and stupid and ugly and annoying all of your coworkers are, and recognize that if you don't make the correct moves now that this will be your reality for the rest of your life. and then I would say, your call, college or suicide. there is no future at all if you don't get an education.
