That’s some impressive adventuring, I must say! On my side I will briefly overview thee situation with my mains, i guess. And sorry for a long delay!

Due to her work as an Eye she more or less needs to travel a lot, so she have seen a solid part of Dominion lands. Probably also briefly visited Cyrodiil and possibly some specific places under the control of different Alliances or even planes (e.g. Clockwork City or Coldharbour or something similar). 

But generally her travels are more or less limited to Dominion territory. And by her tasks.

Prior to her ending in Morrowind Yeoba hardly traveled anywhere beyond Alinor. Afterwards? Well, no one really know where she went after… whatever happened between her, Tribunal, Voryn and a Giant Battle Stomp-bot, but the one would be a fool to think, that she won’t randomly come back years or maybe even centuries later with some tall tales about, say, Akavir or Atmora. 

Pretty alike to Yeoba she had very little experience with travelling prior to, well, leading to Cyrodiil to find out  in what sort of troubles her idiot of a sister got her into this time and what was all that prison and Nere-whatever fuss about.

As it follows she got tangled in all that Oblivion Crisis story and later become a Madgod, what in means of seeing world opened to her a wonderful lot of possibilities. 

Not counting her “sleepwalking” to different planes Elanor doesn’t really travels a lot and her experience with seeing Tamriel is pretty limited to Summerset Isles (very nice, good weather), Cyrodiil during the Great War (shitty) and Skyrim (cold and shitty, but has dragons, and that’s a plus). 

To further elaborate: she had grown on Smrst. Isles with her relatives, Cyrodiil part happened because of her assignment to do shit for Elenwen (and the useless bit of trivia for today is that she, Elanor, and Ulfric probably have some vague recollection of each other from that time) and the whole Skyrim part is her again being assigned to Elenwen as a dumbass, but somewhat useful dumbass.

Cheers for demi-prince OCs, honestly, both in general and for Kirr specifically. Amazing concept with a myriad or possibilities and chances for interesting bits and details. As for Elanor…

Yes, you absolutely right, on one side here will be Sheba, mantling Sheogorath, he Madgod and on other side here will be Mannimarco, the God of Worms. Whatever it means in his case. Which eventually makes Elanor some… weird mix of these two. Aspects for the lack of better word.

As for their relationship… Well, it depends on exact relationship in question.If it about what is going between Sheba and Manni I honestly have very little idea at this point, sadly. They probably get together once in a while to bother puny mortals, I guess??? 

And if this is about relationships between Elanor and her parents… Well. She was for the most part raised by her closes mortal relatives - Sheba’s parents, somewhere at the Summerset Isles. Although Sheba and Manni indeed took part in all of this, thanks to Elanor’s ability to wander to their planes. Though, they, as far as I can tell, probably filled more role of “funny aunt\uncle” and less of actual parent figures. 

So, her relationship with them is something akin to “having a pair of somewhat weird relatives in your extended family that show up around once in a while, it all admittedly a bit awkward, but they are also sorta fine, teach you cool stuff and bring presents”? 

As for how she feels around mortals. Well, given her upbringing she is probably fairly good at blending in, but it would be logical to assume, that she certainly will have problems grasping at the very least some concepts or ideas. I guess it all could have been a good nature versus nurture commentary, but I am not that good of a writer, really.

I am not really sure about anything of this, honestly. And even less sure about how well it reads, since my English machine is somewhat broken again, as far as I can tell.But thanks for a question, sorry for this huge delay and I am always open to answer more or clarify anything about this one C:

And I honestly really pity these two absolutely average altmer, who happened to be parents of Sheba and Yeoba.Even not considering that part with Deer and prince Naemon, that at this point most likely considered to be some made up legend or something like this…One your daughter visits Cyrodiil, ends in prison and sent to Morrowing, where she becomes some reincarnated god and generally does a lot of dumb shit and leaves in unexplained direction with some chthonic nightmare called Dagoth Ur.And you just try to be happy that you still have the other one and she seems to be doing fine, even done some heroics preventing the Oblivion Crisis, but BAM, she is a Sheogorath now.And just to be a cherry on top after some time has passed she just drops a child at your home, a cute little baby girl. You ask her who is the father and it happens to be thrice damned Mannimarco.By the Eight, they must be so tired of all of this.

As for Marfa… She is right-handed, but as a tween spent some time trying to learn how to write with her left hand. Without any serious success, but she is able to make short and even mostly legible notes using her left hand. But only short and only mostly.As for reading - she was never really passionate about it, at least prior to point where she got an eternity ahead and a real lot of free time. Before that she of course spent some time and some money or books, but it was never a big focus for her. She has time to read something? Cool. She hasn’t? Not a big deal. She has work to do.Speaking of work - during her work at their little family business she picked up some things about different languages over the years. So is not way close to be fluent with them as with her mother language (Russian), but can have a simple conversations in English, German and French. Nothing really impressive, although, just some really basic things and a terrible Russian accent. And due to her uncle being a monk she can read a bit of Latin and Church Slavic.
