Well they are not all murderhobos. Lorgar and Magnus for example would make a real effort. Mortarion reluctantly goes along but is not making the mood any better. Peturabo is straight up powergaming/min-maxing. Fulgrim looks more into his mirror than onto the board. Horus would have loved the game, especially any strategic aspect of it, but he's dead. They are not sure if Alpharius actually showed up or if its a double, but they are trying to cheat. And Angron is, well, Angron. Still a better player than Curze tho...
This is true! I agree that among them we definitely have a fair share of non-murderhobos, was not very accurate of me to use this as an umbrella term.
And yes, I feel like Perturabo will be The Min-maxer. Which is not necessarily a bad thing, but combined with his intelligence - something that would probably instill the fear of god in the DM.
Angron and Mortarion I imagine might actually enjoy it somewhat, should they be given a story narrative that would catch their eye? Angron would for sure hate shopping episodes tho.
Magnus and Lorgar I can easily see having the most detailed and well-made notes like, ever. Also well structured so finding exact details on this one NPC from two decades of campaign ago, who miiight be a BBEG is really easy. Most likely play wizard and cleric respectively. Delightful to have at the table. Absolutely obnoxious to try and surprise with plot twists.
Konrad, actually, might make a good Conquest Paladin, given his, as far as I remember, fixation on law and striking fear into enemies?
Fulgrim... Barring bard jokes, I feel like he is kind of person to have distinct set of dice for every character he has as well as novella-grade backstory, hand-painted character cards, etc.

I’d love to see a story of Lacedrace laboriously going to various Daemons and chaos characters trying to convince them to play any kind of board or table top game until D&D on Perterabo’s warhammer table seems to catch their attention.
I feel like finding the group would be half the problem. The second half is surviving the chaos (pun is probably not intended) that will follow when they will start actually playing.
Since I know something about D&D, let's see what can be done with it and daemon-primarchs... At least based on a joke comic I planned to make for the Fuzzverse eventually. Goes under the cut for length, but anyone feel free to correct me if you think I am reading characters bad in some of those situations. I don't really know stuff in lore all too well.

Fulgrim is the first to achieve daemonhood, because of course he is, damn overachiever.
He does it and promptly leaves in the middle of the war because his job there is done and warp dust is not going to snort itself, so they need Lorgar to go into the deep Warp, to the Palace of Slaanesh, to find Fulgrim there.
Probably snorting warp dust from N'Kari snitties, but let's not go there.
And then they come to brawls because Fulgrim is just refusing to go back. This is just so borderline hilarious, excuse me.

Canonically I sadly have little idea, because I still need to see how the stuff was going during the Heresy and all that, also as far as i know (correct me if what, cause i am such a newbie) Lorgar had spent a lot of these 10k years meditation or something like that.
Anyway, it would be interesting to see, I like seeing Primarchs interacting. Especially when it is not beating the shit from one another.
Also a thingy, because I still like this stupid idea of mine with that tabletop game, features, aside for other things, Magnus and Lorgar having nerd talk. And four alpha legionaries doing pranky stuff. Those from traitors, who are not pictured, I guess are sitting on the opposite side.

Okay, “marry” is easy and goes to Fulgrim. For very reasonable reasons and one of them being my idiotic love for snakes. And artsy things. Also did I mention how I love snakes?I would probably choose “kill” for Cato and “fuck” for Lorgar. For no particular reasons.
