Thinking about little teenage me who lived in bumfuck nowhere with unsupportive parents who used to stay up into the middle of the night watching shitty, grainy concert footage on Youtube. Thinking about how I’d given up on the idea of ever getting to see the band that gave me back the will to live perform live after they broke up. And now I’m an adult and I make my own money and MCR is touring again and I’m finally going to see them in less than a year.
