Welcome to my art/hobby/whatever blog! My name is Kelsey - aka CrownedInMarigolds - and I've been here since 2012. Yes, I am an ancient being. My favorite subjects to draw are primarily OC things, and the sandboxes I usually play in are Vampire the Masquerade/World of Darkness, but I really love just about anything. While I have things I consistently like and reblog, do not doubt that I will just randomly bring up things out of left field. This is my mish-mash cringe blog, just be warned when following me! I'd also like to shout out my beloved muse @thesixthplaneteer, my true love and baby-daddy. He's a very talented writer, and a lot of my personal work is intrinsically tied up with his. Most OCs or storylines you may see from me here involve his own OCs in some way. Awaiting client feedback but.... TENTATIVELY DONE WITH MY FIRST MASSIVE CHARACTER BATCH!! :D :D Aside from any tweaking - all done with everything in it. So exciting. Now to bed with me!

Of course a Dark Ages setting probably wouldn't work within the V5 system... but for considering a predator type, would a Kindred surgeon blood-letting a patient be a "consensualist" or a "blood bagger." Hmm...

I'm taking this Friday off to work on commissions all day, so anyone waiting on a quick-sketch comm from me should relatively expect to get it then! :D I'm probably going to hunker down before then and get caught up on some day-job overtime as I had to take three days off in the middle of January and haven't quite recovered work-wise yet. I would associate dusty colors. blue-grey, olive green, tans, stuff like that.

KHLOE'S PU- *gets sniped*

So this is a personal one, Ralph being a self insert and all. But something that makes him happy is the smell of burning CLP oil. (stands for Clean, Lubricate, protect. It's general use gun oil) So when people describe the acrid smell of shooting a gun, they are actually describing the CLP oil burning off not the smell of the burning gun powder. It's a smell that seems to just tickle the right part of his brain to release the feelgood juice. There aren't any pleasant memories associated with it. It just triggers happiness. Also just shooting gun makes the happy juice flow.

TONS. He is incredibly meticulous and will take as long as it needs to take and will be unrushed. To him his clothing is like a uniform or his armor, it has to worn properly to function properly. He doesn't have to worry about his hair or beard so much now being a kindred.

His favorite article would be the waist coat/vest. He feels much more comfortable in armor and a waist coat or vest is as close to a breast plate he can get and not draw too much attention. It makes him feel safe and comfortable.

Basically this. His feeding preference is damsels in distress.
