I shot my first major sporting event last night at MSG- Yale Bulldogs vs Harvard Crimson in a rivalry game. Yale buried the Crimson with a 5-1 win.

I've been photographing my family and the complex relationships that exist between myself and them, and within the structure of a family in general. My family is fucking weird. When I say weird, I mean, shrunken head weird. I've never considered my family members as subjects for a project and I'm learning new things every day. It's been a real challenge trying to explain such things through photographs, and it's been even more of a challenge to actually photography, particularly with my own inhibitions. I've almost given up on assigning either a fine art project or a documentary project, it's just a project. The toughest challenge is showing the world what exactly my family is about. Displaying images to even just a few people in a room and a veteran photographer makes me uncomfortable, but I'm managing.
I'd appreciate it if you took the time to check out my website!
