While still hotly debated, it's actually possible Tyrannosaurids used their arms to latch onto prey! Like a big hug to hold you in place before an inevitable crushing bite to one of your extremities or windpipe.
Although this may be how they're ACTUALLY used.... Poptart much prefers to use his half-vestigial, 2 clawed hands to hug his best friend.
He's really proud of his dragon costume, guys.... such ferocity.....
