I have to second your thoughts and say I really hope Cristiano speaks out about the rape allegation. Surely he doesn't want this kind of publicity hanging over him? Even if there are no further reports about it, his name has now been tarnished and doubts will remain. I have seen fans ask why there isn't more coverage - but how can the media continue to cover an unproven allegation based on documents that have not yet been verified? We may never know the truth, and as a CR fan this disturbs me.
