A mutant character for my post-apocalyptic setting, Fusiform. Meet Fleabag!
Fleabag is a squirrelly, reclusive shopkeep who lives near Annie's base camp, trading weaponry for dead animals which he uses to create sentient taxidermy. He's usually too anxious to show himself due to his grotesquely mutated body, so he speaks to patrons through a little slot in the door, and his animal friends carry out business for him.
