Vegan Food Lovers Features Layered Leftover Sandwich 💚 By @blackwhitevivid www.facebook.com/Veganfoodlovers

Ingredients: 3 slices of rye bread ½ avocado ¼ tsp spirulina powder ½ cup chickpeas ½ tsp tumeric 2 tbsp pomegrante seeds 2-3 tbsp fresh parsley a small handful of green leaves (I used swiss chard) 1 tbsp red jam salt

Method: 1. In one small mixing bowl, mash the avocado using a fork and mix with spirulina and some salt. In another small bowl mash the chickpeas and add the turmeric. 2. Place all 3 slices of bread on a working surface. 3. Place a stack of green leaves on top of the first bread slice and top it with half of the mashed chickpeas, 1 tbsp of pomegrante seeds, 1 tbsp fresh parsley, half of the avocado mash and ½ tbsp red jam. 3. Place the second bread slice on the filling and top it with green leaves, remaining mashed chickpeas, pomegranate seeds, fresh parsley, avocado mash and red jam. 4. Cover with the third bread slice.
