When Akira brings him home, neither of them know it’s Akechi until they go into the Metaverse again (Either during strikers or Yaldaboth in Mementos? I haven’t worked it out :,) where Akechi appears as an anthropomorphic crow kinda like like morgana does as a cat
as for Futaba’s reaction? She finds it hilarious to see Akechi being all pissy about being a crow >:) and it explains a LOT about how smart the crow was
One headcannon I have is that Akechi and Futaba are half siblings, I mean the timelines line up
