Jamie Foxx is in talks to start opposite Ansel Elgort and Lily James in Edgar Wright’s Baby Driver, as first reported by Deadline. The film follows a talented, young getaway driver (Elgort) who relies on the beat of his personal soundtrack to be the best in the game. After being coerced into working for a crime boss (Foxx), he must face the music when a doomed heist threatens his life, love and freedom. Among the actor’s upcoming new projects also are Baran bo Odar’s Sleepless Night, alongside Michelle Monaghan, Gabrielle Union, Scoot McNairy,  T.I., Dermot Mulroney and David Harbour, and Noam Murro’s Blink, whose cast has yet to be finalized.

HAHAHHA I just went a bit crazy (I will continue to go crazy in this WHAT IF situation too - I lost my shiz in the Tin-Tin press alone because Edgar, Joe and the Moff were there occasionally hahaahhaahahcries)

Though we did converse a few times so you know, I’m sure he thought I was really cool. He personally recommended me a load of Jackie Chan films. Personally. Not because it was a public forum and I just happened to be the one to ask. It was a personal declaration of love. Clearly. So I didn’t just silently watch him from afar since when he had two braids instead of one. Though there was plenty of that.

Anyway yeah his blog was my freaking homepage in ye olde Scott Pilgrim production days and I checked every day for more set pictures etc.

Anyway, this was totally a massive ramble but I’m so so hugely excited for World’s End!!!!!! Will have to go check Edgar’s blog for the first time in actual years now! Bit embarrassing! I just get out of the habit of these things!

Brie Larson in the UNUSED RED WIG from Scott Pilgrim Vs the World.

Envy Adams had red hair on the original book cover.

When Brie came in for hair & makeup tests, they tried the red first, nobody was super into it, then they tried the blonde and obviously we all loved it.

Edgar was actually the last holdout insisting that they try to stick closer to the book with the red hair!

I’m still leaving her hair red in the color version of the books, though. Red on a cartoon character just has a completely different look and feel.

They’re both cool!

Daniel Radcliffe would love to work with Christopher Nolan and Edgar Wright. My life is continually being made by this wonderful man. Oh how I love him.

This would all be in caps with several exclamation marks after every word but I don't want to hurt anybody's eyes and detract from the facts I am conveying here.

Already seen his genius video with Judd Apatow and would LOVE to see him do one of those movies!
