Been thinking a lot about Cyclop and Northstar's friendship and here's what I picture: Scott is in the kitchen eating soup again because life is overwhelming and soup never leaves you. Northstar comes into the kitchen to grab a bottle of water out of the fridge between classes, the two make eye contact. "Soup again?" Northstar asks. "Soup again." Scott affirms. Northstar nods and then leaves without another word. This is their longest conversation yet. He is one of Scott's favorite teammates.

Real talk though… Marvel made HIV and the AIDS Crisis central to Northstar’s coming out story (arguably the main factor), made their fake headlines about Northstar coming out claim that he wanted to “open a discussion about HIV,” and then they literally never let him talk about it ever again.

the beaubier twins have gone through so much traumas and none of it is ever gonna be addressed and that just makes me upset because jeanne-marie & aurora dont exist outside of their shared relationship w jean-paul and that walter longkowski/sasquatch, and jean-paul doesnt exist outside of being a gay man for marvel’s diversity/woke points. im just so fucking tired and upset like can i please get some respect for the beaubiers?
