The thing about Patrick Stump is that I used to be able to look at pictures of him from any era and find him attractive. Sideburn!Patrick, trucker hat!Patrick, Soul Punk!Patrick, Barely legal!Patrick, Fedora!Patrick, bald spot!Patrick, it didn't matter, he was always hot to me.
And then he grew the winterbeard, and it was like he wasn't even him. He had become like this extremely masculine yet totally sweet man-nymph who had been put on earth to transport my crotch into the land of joy and rollercoasters.
And then he shaved.
And now I can't look at his clean-shaved face without mourning the fact that I never got to sit on it while he was still sporting a beard.
The thing about Patrick Stump is that his winter beard has spoiled me for men forever.
