20: What is the most surprising thing about your character?
How caring he is, i suppose? Like, context wise - most people who do his job are Very detached, either b/c it'd take a toll on them otherwise or b/c they're just pieces of shit. But Parallax, despite trying to seem intimidating and being capable of genuine harm, is actually very soft and would do anything to keep someone safe. His whole side arc is basically having a found family made of creatures that would've died if he hadn't taken them in
33: In what ways is your character like you?
I'm Also attached to characters that don't fit anywhere else and have Big hyperempathy moments (see: my self insert blog), plus loving weird animals nobody else likes, to the extent of being overprotective towards them
50: What is your favorite thing about your character?
I love both his design and his backstory actually! He's based on starry neopets which is already one of my favorite colors (i have a starry gelert!), and i Love having a character that's soft and cute but has a lot of bullshit going on internally

Ok so he absolutely talks with his hands a LOT. Like, he uses excessive gestures to the point of looking very dramatic and knocking stuff down - that's bc i ALSO do that and I've slapped people before on accident 😔💔

Fun fact parallax is actually ancient compared to the rest of the cast? So he's got a lot of good memories and a LOT of fucked up and sad ones. But I'm saving his favorite one for a later moment b/c I'm gay and shy

Oh he's absolutely trans so he chose it himself. Besides it's got a cool ring to it, so no complaints there

Parallax has had enough and seen enough. If he's sure this action won't impact the timeline in question in a major way he can and will go all out on someone so everyone else in the team is like, W-
26: What is your favorite headcanon for your character?
By headcanon i suppose u mean stuff i havent actually implemented into his character yet? Or that isn't officially canon, maybe. I like the idea of his stars changing color depending on his mood or that his emotional state affects his appearance b/c he's a shapeshifter. Aka some steven universe bullshit with corruption but it's emotional and due to Trauma and Bottling Up Emotions
