my cat follows me everywhere these days, I think I have catnip scent on me or something

my only real life friend has not messaged me for months now, I’m starting to think I did something but I really don’t know. I messaged her recently again but I don’t hear anything back, and by now I started to search up deaths in the area because that is automatically where my mind goes to considering what happened before. I think I will have to accept it and try and move on, but the only thing is it’s very difficult to make friends in real life.
