Just a character page I made for my OC, Vanessa Tattle!
A bit of background:
Vanessa and her mother have always had a tense relationship. Her mother made it clear she didn't really want her but kept her for some reason she never disclosed. On the day of her 18th birthday, when Vanessa returned home from school, her mother left her a note stating that she left, the lease of their small apartment was now Vanessa's problem. Vanessa managed to get a job in trash collection and juggles her early morning work hours and her school life. The one thing keeping her somewhat sane is her boyfriend Valentino Peony.

Meet my spotlight OC - Lust the Robot!
She is a top secret AI project created by Dr. Agnes Lucy. Her purpose is to archive all information her systems process including her mother/creator's research and plans - no matter how questionable they might be.
Lust loves to learn everything she can; even on her own. Her curious mind had allowed her to develop talents of interest such as writing, playing violin and archery.
Kept away from the rest of the world, Lust dreams of one day leaving her mother's castle island so that she can experience all that she's learned first hand. However, Dr. Lucy has many secrets even Lust isn't aware of -- not even Lucy's scheme to enact on humanity or the fact Lust technically has 6 other sin sisters.

Tried making a low-poly character model of my OC - Joule!
It was my first time trying to make a rigged character model in Blender and boy does weight painting suck - but I learned a lot!

Her initial dream was to finish art school, but due to financial situations she quickly had to give up on that dream.
Then one birthday, her robotic engineering neighbor gifts her an odd car to get her around the city - turns out that car is a sentient mech that can transform.
Joule then gets the idea of entering herself and her new robot friend into a dangerous car racing/mech fighting tournament to make mad money so she can finally finish school and get her dream job.
But, the mech is a stolen government project that's on the loose, and Joule finds that she enjoys racing much more than designing.
Think Transformers but also Speed Racer kind of vibes.

The first time I experimented with this style of drawing was back in 2019 -- little did I know that over time this experimentation would eventually embody my art style as a whole now.
Drawing like this is just very fun and comfortable when nothing else comes to mind.
Was messing around with robot designs and developed this cutie-bot.
Shes a colorful but anxious robot girl trying to learn how to function and communicate with others but struggles with low battery issues - so she can’t keep up a conversation for very long.
She might be a new mascot of mine.

An OC character design from an original universe - her name is Veina.
I wanted to design a character based off of a Cuttlefish, which has the ability to change colors and patterns to hypnotize it’s prey.
In this case, Veina is a specialized martial artist who uses the movement of a dancer to fight. Her outfit has the ability to change into an array of colors depending on the light she is under. She may not be the strongest, but her multiple arms allow her to keep up with the speed of even the most top fighters.
I was going to pull this into after effects and try something cool with it, but I lost motivation. Maybe next time.
