More Than A Princess | Cody

imageimage

To say Cody wasn’t fond of this mission was an understatement. He absolutely hated it and would rather clean the mess hall for a week.

What was the mission you might be asking? Well it was simple. The 212th was assigned to protect a royal family from Separatists invading their planet. Apparently, this royal family was one of the main families funding the Republic. So the survival of this family was essential to the Republic.

But why did Cody hate this mission? It was because of the royal family itself. He heard rumors that all they cared about was their wealth and how they had a cold persona. He also heard murmurs about how they didn’t care for anyone else and was only helping the Republic simply because when the Separatists asked for their alliance, they didn’t offer that much money.

Despite if those rumors were true or not, he was determined to not let this royal family intimidate him.

---

He lied. He was slightly intimidated. One look at the Princess and he was practically swooning. Her face was beautiful and she carried herself elegantly. She had this aura around her that automatically attracted Cody. It didn’t help him when he was assigned to personally protect her, while Obi-Wan was to protect the King and Queen.

“I cannot say how much I appreciate your service to protect us General Kenobi,” the King said.

Yeah right,’ Cody thought. The King could care less about the General or his service. All he probably cared about was that he was keeping his family alive.

“The pleasure is all mine, your majesty. It is my duty to protect those in need,” Obi-Wan said back.

“Please General, you are a guest on our planet. You should join us for dinner.” The Queen spoke now and her tone of voice made it seem like she was demanding him, not asking.

“Of course, I would love to join for dinner.”

With that, they all moved inside the castle with Cody and the Princess walking side-by-side. It just occurred to Cody that she still hasn’t spoken a word. All he remembered was that she did a curtsy when he and Obi-Wan arrived.

Why was it important for Cody to hear your voice? It’s not like he needed to know what it sounded like, it wasn’t vital information.

But why couldn’t he stop thinking about it?

---

Dinner with the royal family was over and everyone started to get out of the dining room. Obi-Wan was to escort the King and Queen while Cody was to escort Princess (Y/N). He learned your name by hearing the Queen introduce you to Obi-Wan.

Why did the Queen have to introduce you? Why couldn’t you do it yourself? These questions roamed his mind while he was walking with you to your room. You still haven’t said a word the whole time he’s been around you.

You were leading the way to your room since he had no idea where it was. This was his first time at the castle after all, but if he was going to be guarding you then he had to know how to get to your room.

He noticed that he had arrived at your room when you stopped in front of two grand doors at the end of the hallway.

Okay, this shouldn’t be hard to remember

“Thank you for walking me to my room Commander,” you finally spoke.

Oh kriff. Your voice was angelic and was music to his ears. He could listen to you talk all day and he wouldn’t be annoyed.

Seconds had gone by without a word exchanged. You stared into his helmet while he looked back at you. What you didn’t know was that Cody was analyzing your face. He analyzed how perfectly the moon radiated off your skin, or how your hair flowed gracefully down your neck.

He quickly regained his posture and said “it’s my duty ma’am.”

“Goodnight Commander. I hope you sleep well tonight,” and with that you gave him a smile and walked into your room.

Oh how smitten he was for you.

Cody did not sleep well that night. All he could think about was you and how you enraptured his thoughts.

---

Cody got on board the transport and looked around for an empty seat. He was surprised to find that the only empty seat on the transport was the one next to yours.

So he walked past some other people that were on the transport which were advisors of the royal family or some clones and sat down next to you. Your attention was out the window and it wasn’t until he sat down that you noticed he was on the transport.

You gave him the most heart-warming smile that made his whole body jittery.

“Hello Commander, did you sleep well last night?”

“Oh uh… yes I did.” Lie. “How well did you sleep last night?”

“I slept great. Thanks for asking.” You gave him another smile and redirected your attention out the window.

This was new to Cody. No one had really asked how he slept, not even his brothers. Everyone slept in the barracks and they all knew how uncomfortable they were, so there was no point in asking.

“Oh I almost forgot something,” you went under your seat to grab a small basket. You unraveled the cloth that covered it and handed it to Cody. The scent that came out of the basket was rich and enticing that almost made Cody drool. Inside the basket were some pastries.

“Grab one. It’s for you.” Your gaze lingered on him as he put a hand in the basket and grabbed one… what was this exactly?

As if you read his thoughts you said, “it’s an exo-protein wafer if you’re wondering. I made some for your brothers but I’m not sure if they’ll like it, so you’re the first person to try this.”

This was new to Cody. No one made anything for him or his brothers. So why were you doing something nice for them? It confused him as to why a princess would spend her time doing something kind for other people.

Cody took one bite out of the wafer and his taste buds exploded. The wafer was delicious and it was both savory and sweet at the same time. It was so full of flavor that he ate the rest in one big chomp. Suddenly realizing what he did, he looked away embarrassingly trying to avoid eye contact. You giggled in response.

“So, I take it that you like it?”

“I love it. You did a really good job making these.”

“Thank you Commander.”

You tucked a strand of hair behind your ear and put the basket back under your seat after he grabbed another one. Knowing that you brought a smile to his face made your face blush.

“So why did you make these for us clones? We’re not anything special.”

“What are you talking about? You guys are special. I really appreciate the army protecting me and my family.”

“Just doing our duty ma’am,” Cody said instinctively. Not a lot of people appreciated him and his brothers efforts, but whenever someone did he would mutter those same words. However, when you said it he could tell you genuinely meant it.

“I have to save some of these for your brothers, but I’ll make more for you when we get back to the castle.”

“I would love that.”

---

Everything was absolute chaos. For some reason on the way back to the castle, you were ambushed by Separatists. Now Cody and his brothers had to fight off these droids that were blocking the way to the castle.

Cody ordered you to take some cover and hide behind a large rock. His attention wasn’t entirely on you since his mind was focused on the battlefield.

One second he looked at you, and the next you grabbed a blaster and started shooting back at the droids. He was utterly shocked to the point that he stopped shooting and directed his whole attention to you, and how wonderful you looked using a blaster.

“Cody look out!”

All of a sudden, you pushed him to the ground and he saw a blaster bolt go through you. Luckily it didn’t hit you or Cody, otherwise you two would be dead from a head shot. You had just saved him from getting killed.

Now he realized that you were on top of him, hovering over his body. You were panting heavily and had your arms around his head holding yourself up.

He never saw such a beautiful sight before.

Noticing the awkward position you two were in, you got back up and went back to shooting the droids. Throughout the rest of the battle all you could think of was how handsome Cody looked beneath your body.

---

“I gotta say, I’m impressed how good you are with a blaster. It’s not everyday you see royalty shooting down droids without missing a single shot.”

“Whenever mother and father are out of the castle, I go to the training grounds to practice with a blaster.”

You and Cody were walking back to your room talking about the battle that occurred today. He was fascinated by how flawless you handled yourself in battle and was surprised you weren’t a warrior.

After the battle, you gave the wafers to some of his closest brothers and they all insisted that you ate dinner with them. You happily agreed and spent dinnertime sitting next to Cody and listening to stories told by some of his brothers.

“Well, here we are.”

You both had finally reached your room and it saddened Cody because he did not want the night to end. Neither did you.

“Thanks again for walking with me Cody.”

“No problem your highness.”

Cody grabbed your hand and gave your knuckles a sweet kiss. He looked back at you lovingly and you couldn’t help but fall in love with the man before you.

He bent his head down next to your ear and whispered, “goodnight (Y/N),” only for you to hear.

“Goodnight Cody.” You smiled and opened the doors to your room, but before you walked in you turned back around to him.

“Oh, Cody?”

“Hm?”

You leaned forward and kissed his lips, using your right hand to caress his cheek.

“Sleep well,” and with that you walked into your room and closed the doors.

Cody unconsciously moved his hand up to his lips and licked them. He really wanted you to kiss him again.

Eavesdropping on Gossip | Wolffe

imageimage

“All right, your turn Ahsoka.”

“Truth or dare?”

“Hmm, I’ll go with truth this time.”

“Okay then, do you have any feelings for anyone at the moment?” Ahsoka was raising her eyebrows trying to tease you. She always had mischievous moments and this was definitely one of them. You knew immediately what she was implying when she asked this question.

A quiet sigh escapes your lips. Ahsoka was the only person other than your Master that you were open with, but Ahsoka was the only person you trusted with your deepest secret.

“Well I am attracted to someone…” you muttered out. Your eyes instantly darted to the ground.

“Ooh, who is it?” She chirped while drinking blue milk, scooting her chair closer to yours.

“Will you promise me that you won’t tell anyone?”

“I promise. Your secret is safe with me,” she said in an appealing voice.

“It’s uh… Wolffe.” You were soft-spoken now. You didn’t really have to be, it was just you and Ahsoka in your quarters.

“Wait a minute, you’re talking about THE Commander Wolffe? The commander in your’s and Master Koon’s battalion?” Ahsoka was surprised and her voice was booming and you immediately shushed her.

“Could you keep it down?! Someone could hear you.”

You almost regretted telling her this. She always had this habit of being loud when she’s excited about something. You couldn’t blame her though. Just thinking about Wolffe made your heart immediately melt.

“Sorry sorry, it’s just so surprising. You two are so different. You’re energetic and kind, while he’s the complete opposite.” Ahsoka’s trying to wrap her head around this revelation. She found this hard to believe. From what she saw, you two had absolutely nothing in common. But then again, it wasn’t often that your battalions worked together.

“Well once you get to know him, he’s actually not as bad as you think. He has such broad shoulders and he carries himself so confidently. Not to mention he can be so thoughtful sometimes.” You were basically rambling on and Ahsoka could tell that you had it bad for him.

“Wait a minute, did you just call Wolffe ‘thoughtful?’”

“Yeah I did, why do you ask?”

“There is no way we’re talking about the same Wolffe. The Wolffe I know has never been thoughtful.”

“Well that’s because you never talked to him before,” you remarked. Ahsoka was bewildered at the moment and stopped believing in anything you said.

“Oh really? Name one time he’s been thoughtful.”

“Well there was this-”

There was a sudden knock on the door. You and Ahsoka turned your heads and raised her eyebrows questioningly. You stood up to open the door and standing there was none other than the man you and Ahsoka were talking about.

Wolffe.

He smiled at you and looked over at Ahsoka sitting at your small couch.

“Hello Commander Tano,” Wolffe said.

“Hey Wolffe, what are you doing here?” There was a hint of her teasing in the way she spoke.

“I just came to discuss some reports with Commander (L/N).”

Wolffe was really good at being monotone. With the way he was speaking, no one could tell that he wasn’t actually here to talk about reports.

“Well, I was just about to leave anyway. You two have fun discussing some reports,” and with that Ahsoka left you both alone.

The second Wolffe walked into your quarters he immediately stripped himself of his armor, leaving him in just his blacks. He did this routinely and it always made your heart leap, knowing that he comes to you every night.

“I heard you two talking about me,” he brought you close to him and wrapped his hands around your waist. He brushed a strand of hair behind your ear and you leaned into his palm. You relished the warmth that spread through your body.

“How much did you hear?”

“Enough,” he chuckled.

“Well, she was gonna find out eventually. It’s also nice to know that you eavesdrop on my conversations.”

“I love hearing you talk about me cyar’ika.”

He kissed you and you reciprocated it, feeling his soft plump lips on yours. You two loved each other so much and this moment definitely proved it.

Very Discreet | Rex

Pairing: Rex x Doctor!Reader

---

Rex walks into the med-bay looking around for you. He tries to not make it look suspicious, so he walks to the front desk. He sees a Twi’lek behind the desk looking at the holonet and sees the name “Alema,” on the name tag. She looks up to see Rex looking back at her and she gives him a smile.

“Hello Captain, can I help you with anything?”

“Sorry to bother you, but I got a cut on my hand that I need help on.”

“Oh sure thing. Follow me I can take a look at it,” she gets up from her chair and starts to go to a station.

“Actually, I was wondering if (Y/N) could look at it.” Rex stops her movements and scratches his neck sheepishly.

“(Y/N)? I think she might be a bit bu-”

“I can take him Alema,” you had come out from a curtain with some medical supplies in hand. Your hair and doctor’s jacket was in a mess, but Rex still looked at you like you were the most beautiful person in the room.

Alema shrugged her shoulders and went back to the front desk. She went back to scrolling on the holonet to pass her time. Rex walks to where you are and you shut the curtains once he’s fully inside the med station to give you two privacy. He sits on the bed waiting for your next move.

“Aren’t you going to remove your glove?” You hold a bacta patch in your hand while looking at him.

“Why would I do that?”

“I thought you had a cut on your hand,” you had a hand on your hip and an unamused face.

“Oh right, I was just lying about that just to get an excuse to see you.”

You shake your head and chuckle a bit at his antics. Rex would do absolutely anything just to see you. At first, he would purposely injure himself on the battlefield only to come see you after. You were disappointed in him when you found out and forced him to stop. Luckily, he promised to stop and would only come to see you only if the situation was serious.

“Rex, you made a promise.”

“I know, but we lost a lot of brothers today and I needed to see you.” He was looking into your eyes and was pleading for you to understand. You could tell there was sadness in his eyes and he needed your comfort. You grabbed his hands and placed them around your waist, and he immediately brought you closer.

“Rex, it’s okay you don’t need to feel bad about coming to see me. I’m sorry about the losses today. I read a report earlier on the numbers,” your hands were on his shoulders and were rubbing them affectionately.

“But next time when you come to see me, try not to make it so obvious.”

“What are you talking about? I was very discreet about seeing you.”

“Rex, you literally requested to see me. No one does that.”

“Well maybe people shouldn’t be nosy in our business.”

You were both laughing and you kissed his forehead. Moments like these were why he kept fighting in the war. You were the only reason why he was still alive. Literally and mentally.

“I think I deserve a better kiss than that cyar’ika.”

Rex stood up and put a hand on your cheek. He stares lovingly into your eyes and leans in to kiss your lips. You return the kiss and wrap your hands around his neck. You feel his hands mess with the hem of your shirt.

“Rex, we’re not exactly alone right now to do that.”

“Don’t worry, we’ll be very discreet about it.”

Hair | Cody

Boredom.

It was killing you inside. Having nothing else to do and simply wasting your time wondering what to do. The war was over and there wasn’t a huge need for medics anymore. You still had your job, but now you had days off. It was something that you weren’t granted when the war was going on. It was both a blessing and a curse. Yes it was nice to relax and not worry about patients but other than being a medic, what else were you up to?

Well you were a loving wife to a clone. That clone was none other than Commander Cody.

You remember the day you two first met like it was yesterday. It was in the middle of the war and you were stationed with the 212th since they were in dire need of medics. He walked into the medic bay to introduce himself to all the doctors and nurses. However, you didn’t notice him at first when he walked in. Your hair was in a messy ponytail and you were sweating due to the intense heat of the planet that the 212th was occupying, so hair stuck to your forehead. You thought that you looked like a disgusting mess, but Cody thought that you looked beautiful with your hair sticking to your skin.

“Hey Cassidy do you have extra-- oh!”

You had accidentally bumped into someone since you weren’t looking where you were going. You looked up to see Commander Cody looking right back at you. For some reason you lost all your senses and the ability to communicate when looking into his eyes. There was just something inside of them that entranced you.

“Um… hello C-commander,” you were able to mutter out. You internally punched yourself for sounding so pathetic.

“Please call me Cody,” he stuck his hand out for you to shake. You shake his hand nervously, eyes still focused on him.

“Nice to meet you Cody. My name’s (Y/N).”

“Nice to meet you too (Y/N).”

He was looking at your forehead and how your hair was literally sticking to it. You wiped some sweat off trying to make yourself look presentable.

“Sorry that I look like a hot mess, this planet is practically the definition of heat. I’m amazed it’s not a sun,” you chuckle out of awkwardness trying to make small talk.

“Don’t apologize, I think that you look really pretty given the circumstances.”

You were shocked from his statement and couldn’t help but smile sheepishly.

That was one of your first meetings with Cody that somehow involved your hair. Throughout the war you had many hair transformations. The longer the war went on, the shorter your hair got. You wanted your hair short since being a medic was a hard job.

You walk out of the med-bay ready to crash into your quarters. Many clones didn’t make it today and it was taking a huge toll on you. All you wanted was to have a relaxing bath and sleep forever.

Turning the corner you see Cody exiting the mess hall. He had a tired look on his face and there were bags under his eyes. He seemed like he could faint at any moment. You realized that it’s been a while since you two last saw each other. Him being a soldier meant that he was needed out in the battlefield, while you were needed to heal the injured.

Cody noticed that you were also in the hallway and it takes a moment for him to register your new look. Your hair was in a cute pixie cut instead of a ponytail that you always sported.

“I almost didn’t notice you (Y/N). I love your new look.”

“Thanks Cody. It sounds nice when it’s coming from you.”

“Why’s that?”

“Because you sound sincere when you say it.”

You two smiled at each other and Cody looked around to make sure no one was watching. Then, he came closer and engulfed you in a hug. You returned it by wrapping your hands around his neck while his hands were around your waist.

“I missed you,” he breathed into your neck.

“I missed you too.”

You separated to look at his face and your arms were still around his neck. He didn’t let go either.

“Come on, I’ll walk you back to your quarters.” He extended his hand out for you to take and you walked back together to your quarters. Once there, you stopped in front of your door and turned to look at him.

“Thanks for walking with me Cody.”

“Anytime cyar’ika.”

You typed in the code to your room and the door slides open. Before you could walk in, Cody grabbed your hand to stop you.

“Cody?”

“Sorry but I just wanted to say something.”

Curiosity filled you.

“What is it?”

“You know what I really like about your hair?”

You scrunch your eyebrows, curious as to what he was gonna say.

“It shows more of your beautiful face.”

And with a kiss on your cheek, he leaves you to sleep in your quarters.

---

“Hey (Y/N), wake up.”

You were being shook awake by Cody. You opened your eyes to see him smiling down at you.

“Sorry that I took so long at the marketplace. There was a big crowd trying to get their hands on some rare fruit,” he scooted in next to you on the couch and wrapped his arm around your shoulders. You leaned into him and put your hand on his leg, rubbing it up and down.

“It’s fine Cody. I’m just thankful that you made it back in one piece.”

He kissed your forehead and interlaced your fingers with his. Moments like these became often since the war ended and you both cherished every second.

“So, what were you thinking about while I was gone?”

“Oh you know, just about how you’re obsessed with my hair.”

He looked at you and your hair. He smiled and kissed you lovingly on the lips.

“What can I say? It really makes your pretty face shine.”

You were so happy at that moment being his wife.

Unnoticeable | Rex

"How about that other clone, Jesse? He’s a charmer and he certainly has the hots for you Nicole.”

“I already told you girls, I’m not interested in anyone. I just wanna have fun and not worry about anything. Not to mention I’m terrible at committing, especially at relationships.”

Your younger sister Nicole was talking to some other girls about whatever came to mind. The topic tonight seemed to be about the clones of the 501st. Almost every mechanic that volunteered to be part of the GAR had a crush on at least one clone. You couldn’t blame them. The boys certainly looked good and some of them are great people to talk to.

Unfortunately, no one wanted to talk to you.

Well, no one except your sister.

You didn’t complain though. Who has time to make friends when there’s a war going on? There are more important things to worry about.

Your sister didn’t look at it that way though.

She would always say, ‘make the most out of your life (Y/N). We could die at any moment, so why not live life to the fullest?

That’s what set you and your sister apart. She was the social one, always striking up conversations and making new friends when there was an opportunity. Additionally, she was the hot one. All the guys would flirt with her at parties, and girls would be extremely jealous.

You?

Well, you were the antisocial one. You didn’t talk to people and no one even looked your way. You never attended parties, even though your sister would always annoy you to come. Social events weren’t your thing.

The only people you talked to were the other mechanics, but those conversations were strictly professional. Otherwise, everyone would turn to your sister.

“Hey (Y/N), we’re about to head out to 79’s. You wanna come with us?” It was your sister who was all cleaned up and ready to leave the hangar deck. Her friends had already left, long forgetting about you.

“No thanks, I’m gonna keep working on these ships.”

“All right, see you tomorrow.” She waved her hand and was out the hangar deck, leaving you alone with some ships and droids.

---

“I can’t believe I have to do this for him,” Rex muttered to himself as he was walking toward the hangar deck. Anakin had just asked Rex to go down there and ask about the progress on his personal ship, the Twilight. Why couldn’t he just wait until morning, Rex had absolutely no idea. He’s pretty sure all the mechanics are all either sleeping or at 79’s.

So when he saw you there working he was shocked.

You were all alone and the only thing that was keeping you company was a droid. You seemed to be making repairs on a Y-wing.

“Um excuse me?” Rex tried his best to sound polite. He felt like he was interrupting and you looked so focused on your work.

He finds the face you make when you’re focused is cute.

You slide out from under the Y-wing to see none other than Captain Rex. All the mechanics were crazy for him, and here he was standing in front of you. His armor and blonde hair definitely set him apart from other clones.

Not to mention, his face looked so handsome.

“Yes Captain?”

“General Skywalker wanted a status update on his ship.”

You stood up and walked to a holopad, scrolling through all the ships looking for a specific one. Rex’s eyes were staring deep into yours and you could feel it. You never felt so intimidated before.

“Well it seems like all repairs are complete and the ship is ready to go,” you said.

“Thanks, I’ll tell the General that.”

You placed the holopad down and was about to continue working until Rex interrupted your thoughts.

“Not to sound rude but, why are you here still working?”

“There’s still some work to do, and plus I’m not really tired yet.”

Why was he still here talking to you? Usually people would just ask you what they needed, and once they got their information they were on their way leaving. Rex was the only person who initiated a real conversation with you.

“Do you have to get your work finished anytime soon?”

“Not really, why?”

“We should go grab something to eat together.”

You paused.

“W-with me?”

“Yeah with you, who else would I be asking?” Rex shrugged his shoulders and seemed completely serious.

“Sorry it’s just… I think you’re getting me confused with someone else,” you averted your gaze away from him.

“Someone else? Are you not (Y/N)?”

“Yes I am—, wait a minute! How did you know my name?” You were looking at him now and he started to seem shy. He was scratching his head and looked everywhere, but not at you.

“Uh well, I see you around sometimes whenever I’m going off on a mission.”

“That doesn’t even answer my question,” you were crossing your shoulders.

“Sorry, to be honest I just asked your sister your name.”

Now that was weird. Whenever someone talked to your sister it was to talk to her, not ask questions about you. How come she didn’t tell you this?

“Why would you ask my sister for my name?”

“I uh… kind of like you?”

Wow. He was definitely straightforward.

“Captain-”

“Please just call me Rex.”

“Right, Rex I’m flattered but I’m no one special. If you’re looking for someone, try talking to my sister.”

You turned around trying to work on a different ship, but Rex stopped your movements by holding your wrist. He brought you closer to him and you could swear you can feel his breath on your face.

“What makes you think I wanna date your sister?”

“Who wouldn’t? She’s the better sibling and everyone already wants her.” You both were whispering now.

“Not everyone. If I wanted to date your sister, I wouldn’t have asked her for your name.”

Kriff. He was right and you knew it. His eyes were looking right into yours and his grip on your wrist was firm. Oh Maker, he had it bad for you.

“All right Rex, help me clean around here and then you can take me out to eat.”

“Deal.”

Ever since that night Rex would go to the hangar deck just to take you out to dinner, and eventually you two officially started dating.

First Impression | Wolffe

You got onto the Triumphant with excitement bubbling all over you.

Today was your first day of being a Jedi Padawan. Master Plo Koon was to supervise your training and to teach you how to become a Jedi Knight.

To say you were nervous was an understatement. Even though you were excited, you were absolutely terrified of what everyone would think of you. You were now in charge of the 104th battalion and it was important for you to make a good first impression.

You started to advance towards the command center where you hope Master Plo would be located. Simultaneously as you were walking, there was a clone that was walking past you. You had accidentally bumped into each other. You glanced up to see a clone trooper with his helmet off.

He looked a little different than most clones.

His right eye seemed to be cybernetic and parts of his armor were painted grey. If looks could kill, you would definitely be dead right now.

Time has gone by and the both of you still haven't said anything.

Oh no.

No wonder his armor was a bit different. This was the commander of the Wolfpack. The wolf insignia on his right shoulder gave it away.

Great.

On the first day of being a padawan, you bump into a clone commander because you just had to not look where you were going.

Finally he decided to break the tension by saying something.

“Watch where you’re going youngling,” he gruffed out. He walked off somewhere else without even giving you a second glance.

Youngling.

That’s how you knew he didn’t respect you. He referred to you as a youngling, someone who wasn’t prepared to be involved in the war.

---

“It’ll take a while for us to arrive at Naboo. Why don’t you go around and get to know everyone here on the Triumphant?”

‘Yes Master,” you bowed your head and were dismissed out of the command center. The ship had just got into hyperspace, so there wasn’t much to do besides waiting.

Your mind went back to thinking of that clone commander. You internally punched yourself for not apologizing for bumping into him.

But you couldn’t let yourself get distracted. So following your Master’s orders, you decided to go to the mess hall to spark up conversations with other clones.

“Hey Commander, over here!”

You turned your direction to where the voice came from. It was coming from a table with only two clones occupying it. The clone who got your attention was waving his hand, ushering you to come their way. You shifted your movement to them and sat down at the table.

“Nice to finally meet you Commander. My name’s Sinker and this is Boost,” he pointed at the other clone sitting next to him. He gave you a friendly smile along with a lazy two-finger salute.

“Oh please, don’t call me that. It still hasn’t sunk in that I’m actually a padawan yet. Just call me (Y/N).”

“Will do Commander (Y/N).”

You couldn’t help but laugh at Boost’s comment. You could definitely get used to their company.

“So Commander, how’s your first day like being a padawan?” Both of them seemed to be really genuine and wanted to talk to you. Even though this was your first time meeting, you could tell that this would be a lasting friendship.

“Well we haven’t really done anything yet, so nothing interesting so far.”

“Don’t worry, once we arrive on Naboo I’m sure---”

“Aren’t you two supposed to be on patrol?”

You turned around to see none other than that clone commander you bumped into earlier. You learned from your Master that his name was Wolffe and by the way he talked about him, they seemed to respect each other.

However, it was gonna take a long time for you to earn Wolffe’s respect. You didn’t make a good first impression after all.

Sinker and Boost immediately got up and saluted him. Both saying a ‘yes sir,’ and leaving the mess hall.

Now was your chance to apologize to him.

“Um… I really wanted to apologize for bumping into you earlier. I got distracted while walking and didn’t see that you were in the way. I apologize.” You gazed at his face.

Was he always this handsome?

Oh force stop it. It was forbidden for Jedi to form attachments.

But you couldn’t help yourself but find him attractive.

Unbeknownst to you, a blush radiated on your cheeks that Wolffe caught. He thanked the Maker that he had his helmet on, otherwise you would’ve seen him absolutely flustered.

“It’s fine Commander, mistakes can happen.”

Commander.

That was weird. Why was there a sudden change in addressing you? Earlier he seemed to have no problem with calling you a youngling, but now he was addressing you formally.

Before you could even question it, he walks out of the mess hall without a second glance your way.

---

The mission on Naboo was successful. There was suspicious Separatist activity happening on the planet, and your Master had discovered that there was a droid battalion secretly hiding out in the forest.

After defeating the droids, your Master decided to stay one night on the planet for everyone to rest up and relax.

Blasts were coming from everywhere and you tried your best to deflect as many as you could. Master Plo charged forward, so you decided to follow him with the Wolfpack not far behind. You were slashing down droids left and right, making a clear path for the clones.

While deflecting blasts you noticed a droid not far behind from Wolffe. His attention was somewhere else, shooting his blaster at an opposite direction.

The droid had a clear shot at his blind spot.

Realizing this, you rushed to Wolffe with your lightsaber in hand ready to deflect the blast. Wolffe turned around just in time to see you save his life and he was stunned. You glimpse at him and give him a smirk.

“Focus on the battle you two.”

“Yes Master.”

“You mind if I sit here?” It was Wolffe. His helmet was off and he was looking at the empty spot next to you.

“Not at all,” he sat down next to you. The both of you were at a lake staring out into space. Tension between you two seemed to decrease after what happened in the mess hall. You finally seemed to earn Wolffe’s respect.

“I just wanted to thank you for saving me earlier,” Wolffe gazed upon you and silently admired your beauty.

“Well it’s the least I could do after I bumped into you today.” You both laughed and you looked back at Wolffe.

Force, you had it bad for him.

“Don’t beat yourself up over it. I know it was an accident and I forgive you. I shouldn’t have addressed you so informally.”

You couldn’t help yourself but lean into him and grab his hand, lacing your fingers together. He doesn’t seem to resist, but instead of intertwining hands he decides to wrap one arm around your shoulder.

“Lets just enjoy the view.”

He couldn’t help but agree with you.

Hello! Would you mind writing a Captain Rex x female Jedi General reader imagine where Rex is kidnapped by the Separatists and Reader is hellbent on finding him?

Reckless | Jedi!Reader x Rex

“Rex you need to get out of there now!”

“Sorry General, but I need to deliver that data.”

“Rex, your life is more important than that kriffing data. I’m ordering you to get out now!”

You never liked to pull the ‘order’ card. It made it sound like you were being hostile. But whenever you did pull the card, it always meant you were dead serious.

“(Y/N), I’m sorry.”

Rex cut off the com link channel, ensuring that you wouldn’t be able to contact him. You growled in frustration and continued deflecting blasts from battle droids. Ahsoka and Anakin were at your side assisting you.

(Y/N)

That’s how you knew he was serious. He used your name instead of being formal and calling you ‘General’.

This was supposed to be a simple mission. Get into the Separatist base and send out map data of a droid factory located on another planet.

But everything went wrong.

When sneaking into the Separatist base, they somehow found out and you were ambushed. It was difficult getting past the ambush, so Anakin ordered to retreat. Somehow, Rex made it through and now he was inside.

“General (L/N), the base seems like it’s about to explode.”

“What?” Fives was at your side blasting droids left and right. You could feel it in the force that he was frightened about his captain that was inside the base.

“Our detectors are getting a lot of heat from under the base. We think it’s a bomb getting ready to explode.”

Ahsoka and Anakin heard what Fives said. They were aware of your relationship with Rex. All of the 501st were. They knew how you would do absolutely anything for him.

Including risking your life.

You knew that if you were to Ahsoka or Anakin your idea, they would try to stop you. It was understandable though. Your idea was practically suicide.

But you didn’t care.

So without hesitation you started to slash through battle droids ignoring everything else that was happening on the battlefield. You were running into the base determined to save the love of your life. You didn’t even hear Ahsoka or Anakin’s words as you rushed through the droids.

---

Getting back inside the base wasn’t hard. The majority of the battle droids were either out in the battlefield, or were getting ready to evacuate. You discovered the area where they were holding prisoners and saw Rex getting transferred onto a ship. Using the force, you held up the two battle droids and crushed them. Rex turned around to see you and his eyebrows scrunched in confusion.

“(Y/N)? What are you doing here?”

“Saving your life. What else does it look like?”

“Where’s everyone else?”

“Outside.”

“Wait, you’re telling me that you went to come save me by yourself?”

Oh he was furious

He never liked it when you tried to sacrifice your life for anyone else, especially his.

“Rex, there’s no time to argue now. We need to get out of here.”

You used the force to release his chains. Now you both were running towards the exit.

All of a sudden, there was an explosion. It wasn’t that far from where you two were too. Rex glances at you and you could tell that he was getting tense. More explosions started to occur and the base started to crumble.

You were too shocked to move and Rex had to grab your hand so you could focus on running. However, the base was coming down fast and you knew that you both wouldn’t be able to make it out on time.

You take a shuddering breath and relying on the force again, you hold up Rex and push him as far as you can. The last thing you saw was Rex looking back at you and then some debris blocked your way. It didn’t take long for something to knock you out.

---

“Cyar’ika, I’m begging you to please wake up.”

Rex is at your bedside holding onto your hand and there’s tears in his eyes. You’re practically covered in bacta patches due to how many scratch and burn marks there were on you.

Kix said there was a possible chance that you could make it.

Rex wasn’t alone in the med bay. Anakin, Ahsoka, and other clone troopers were also there. Everyone was concerned about you and prayed that you would make it.

Especially Rex.

Oh poor Rex.

He was blaming himself for the state you’re currently in.

Maybe if he just listened to you when you said to leave the base, you wouldn’t be in this critical health state.

Unexpectedly, you start to cough and jerk yourself up. Everyone is shocked and Rex comes closer to you, placing his hand on your chest. Slowly, your eyes open and glance around to see many faces looking at you. The only one you clearly recognize is Rex. Then you see Anakin and Ahsoka with huge smiles on their faces.

“Took you long enough to wake up.”

Anakin was quick to say something. Chuckles are heard around the room and Rex breaks into a smile.

“We’ll leave you two alone.”

Ahsoka ushers everyone to leave the room so you and Rex could be alone. She knows that you two have some things to talk about and she knew how miserable Rex felt when debris knocked you out, the look in his eyes when he carried your body back told her everything.

Once the last person walked out of the room, you look at Rex and start wiping away the tears that were in his eyes.

“You seriously didn’t think that I was gone there for a second, did you?” You said it in a teasing voice and perk up your eyebrows at him.

However, he didn’t seem to be in the mood.

It was expected though. He was always like this when you were injured. It could be something simple like a small scratch, and he would still be extremely concerned.

Even though it could be annoying sometimes, you loved how much he always looked after you.

“(Y/N), do you know how reckless you were when you decided to come after me?”

“Oh Rex, you know I’m always reckless when it comes to you.”

You kiss him on the cheek and he couldn’t help but laugh. He’s absolutely relieved that you woke up and thanked the maker that you didn’t die.

“Please don’t ever pull something like that again.”

“Only if you promise to listen to me the first time.”

Together | Jedi!Reader x Rex

“All right everyone, that’s all for today. Make sure to get plenty of sleep since we’re gonna need it for tomorrow’s mission.”

Anakin turned off the hologram showing the map of Ryloth. Obi-Wan turned to Cody to discuss more strategies. Ahsoka said goodnight to her master before walking towards you.

“Hey (Y/N), you wanna grab something to eat before calling it a day?”

You turned to your Master to see if he needed your assistance, but he seemed too busy talking to Cody. Then you turned to look at another clone in the briefing room.

Rex.

He had his helmet on so you weren’t sure what he was exactly looking at, but his head was turned to you and Ahsoka’s direction. You could feel it in the force that he was looking specifically at you.

As much as you loved spending time with Ahsoka, you had to spend tonight with him. You always did.

“Actually Ahsoka, I think I’m gonna head to bed early today. I’ll see you tomorrow.”

“Well, suit yourself.”

Ahsoka bids a goodnight to you and leaves the room. Before you leave, you walk to your Master and Cody and bid them a goodnight.

“Master I’ll be going to my quarters now. I’ll see you tomorrow.”

Obi-Wan gives you a nod and smile, and Cody says ‘goodnight commander’ like they always do. You tried not to rush out of the room to gain suspicion, but you were so excited. You glanced over at Rex to see that his head was directed at you. With a press of a button, you were out of the room and on your way to your quarters.

---

It didn’t take long for him to arrive.

Just like you, he couldn’t hold in his excitement. It was honestly amazing how you two were able to keep your relationship a secret. There were many close calls. Too many times where you two were almost caught by a clone trooper or your Master. Anakin would tease about it, but if he actually knew he was good at hiding it.

He didn’t even knock. He didn’t have to anyway. He knew your key code, 7567. This started about 3 months ago. Whenever Master Kenobi was paired up with Anakin’s squadron (which was really often) he would go to your quarters and you two would spend the whole night together. It didn’t matter what you two were doing, as long you were together it made you both happy.

The door opened and there was Rex standing. He was holding his helmet in his right arm, tucked under his shoulder. You were still in your jedi robes, barely having the time to change into your pajamas. He walked in closing the door behind him and placed his helmet on a nearby table.

You walked to him and placed your hands on his shoulders, rubbing them softly.

“Did anyone see you?”

“Does it really matter cyar'ika?” His gloved hand was on your cheek and you leaned into it. His touches were always so sweet.

You’re both so in love.

You can’t help but smile at his face and giggle. You move your hand to the back of his neck and pull him in for a kiss. He kisses back immediately, wasting no time to cherish you. His hands go to your waist and grab them. His grip is firm, as if he’s afraid that you’ll run away. After a while, you push him back.

“I need to get changed. Why don’t you wait for me in bed?”

He smirks and gives one quick kiss before letting you go to the refresher to change out of your jedi robes.

Once in your pajamas you see Rex on your bed in just his blacks. They highlighted his muscles that couldn’t be seen when he’s wearing his armor, and maker he looked stunning.

He extended both of his arms out to you with a huge grin on his face. You got into bed and his arms brought you up close to him. He gave you a kiss on the forehead and you peppered kisses on his neck.

“I love you (Y/N).”

“I love you too Rex.”

And that’s how you two spent the night.

Together.
