i’m happy they did that scene, but it should’ve been aline. 

i think it would’ve touched alec more if it had been her. because they are friends, because they know each other. because alec cares so much about his family and friends it would’ve made him happy knowing he helped her 

and also.. i miss my lesbian child and i want her back

ok but think about aline talking to alec about his choice to come out, and asks for advice and he talks about how it was his choice and on his terms and how much he just wanted to be with magnus and not hide it bc he realized there was nothing to be ashamed of.

i'm having feels i want this brotp so bad.
