Some colors still need adjusting, so I painted Jason Funderburker‘s right side for the factory to match and sent it back. You can see how the old and new colors compare. OTGW figure update 3/12
Jason Funderburker Paint Master! (second pass)
Colors are much closer to what I’m looking for on this second pass of the paint master. Jason still looks a bit too bright green, so I’ve color collected the photo from the factory to show them the color I want (see before and after photos above). Piano sheet music is looking good, but I’ve asked for higher resolution photos to make sure.
We’re making 72 of these total and they’re mostly sold out with only a handful are still available. So this is pretty much your last chance if you still want one of these. Go to skulptduggery.com to order now!

OTGW figure update 3/1
Jason Funderburker Paint Master! (initial pass)
Here’s the first version of the paint master from the factory. Many of the colors will be revised on the next round to more closely match the original. The finish is way too shiny right now and will be toned down as well. The factory is till preparing the sheet music art which will be applied using a process called Tampo. Hoping to have the revised paint master in a week or so!
I’ll have about a dozen extras made when I place the order (probably next week) so if you missed the preorder and still want one of these, you can order now at skulptduggery.com while the extras are still available!

“Into the Unknown” update 1/13/18
Just a quick update on the production of the OTGW figure:
The factory sample has gone through a series of corrections and is now approved for duplication!
The first duplicate will be used for the paint master and once that is complete and approved, we will be ready to move forward with production.
I’ll post photos of the paint master as soon as they’re available.
Very pleased with the quality I’m seeing from the manufacturer so far. More info to come as soon as it’s available. Please don’t hesitate to email me at [email protected] if you have any questions.
Also, because I won’t need to place the final order with the manufacturer until the paint master is approved, there is still a little time to get on the order list. So if you wanted figure but missed the deadline, you can still order at skulptduggery.com for the next week or two.

Frog Building.
Jason Funderburker is coming along nicely. The first photo is a simple render in Blender. I haven’t yet learned texture mapping, so the colors are just roughly blocked in. He’ll be looking back over his right shoulder in the final paint.
There B&W photos are of the actual 3D prints after sanding and polishing. Just have to glue the pieces together, clean up the seams, and paint this sucker!
