7 Actors to Consider for Superman in 'Supergirl' Season 2
We take a look at actors other than Tom Welling and Brandon Routh who could bring Superman to Supergirl (Melissa Benoist) in season 2, like Chris Wood (Containment) and Brett Dalton (Agents of SHIELD).

Given that the network is casting for the role now, I’m going to go out on a limb and say that Kevin Caliber, the actor/model/stunt performer who filled in for the non-speaking role of the hero when Kara first came to Earth is unavailable. He does have a whopping 18 projects in various stages of development and with various levels of commitment over the next two years. So since Caliber doesn’t appear to be reprising the role, I thought I’d take a look at seven more actors who are good fits for the hero.

And since June 12 is Superman Day, this seemed like the perfect time to pick a potential Superman.
