choni has everything you could ever want in a femslash ship. 6 seasons and 100+ episode long love story, toxic allegations, the best sex scenes on the show, hot women that kiss with tongue, enemies to lovers, warring families, ancestors played by the same actresses who were in love in the 1800s, starcrossed lovers to soulmates. their first date was seeing ‘love, simon’ in theatres and they had their first kiss when toni broke cheryl out of conversion therapy. they’ve literally killed and died for each other, they joined a cult together, ran a gang together, robbed the rich together, tricked cheryl’s family into believing they were cannibalizing her uncle after they killed him because he found the corpse of cheryl’s brother that cheryl was having tea parties with together. they broke up after graduation and spent seven years apart but still in love and then proceeded to play physiological mind games with each other including dance offs, creepy nurseries and failmarriages to cope with not being together. cheryl’s witch girlfriend kept their (attached) souls in a jar while they let their dead ancestors who were once in love use their bodies to fuck on what might have been their last night alive to ‘save the town’. they were thinking of each other across town as they sang a musical number as the world ended. they got their memories wiped and sent back to the 50s and fell in love all over again after toni hatched an elaborate plan to fuck cheryl which included kissing her twin brother in front of her, joining her cheerleading squad and giving her classic lesbian pulp novel ‘the cost of pepper’ to read to help her out of her glass closet. they solved racism in their small town and had a sexy photoshoot and were so gay they needed to announce to everyone in the 50s that they were in love or they would just die. they got their memories back and got married and had a son named dale after riverdale of course and he was played by one of the actresses’ son whose real name is river. they probably threw the first brick at stonewall. they lived full gorgeous sexy lives and are now doing puzzles together in the afterlife. they were the only endgame on the show. a vote for choni is a vote for real raw beautiful timeless insane lesbian love.
