So if Jon and Georgie are swapped in the au, then I assume what happens with Melanie in the og happens to Martin, right? Or does anything play out differently in the au with Martin?
Well, I don't plan to follow Melanie's plot (like- it would involve killing off the alternative archive staff, and that's just no) in my mind Martin's story would look more like this:

This is actually sort of a homework assignment that I did in less than two hours because reasons. If I were not very tired and very short on time for this, I would’ve probably at least shaded the darn thing.

The scene is from my favorite TMA time travel fix-it fic, Try Again by Ashlooloo.
Excerpt:
Standing just a few feet ahead of her is Jon, gazing out to the horizon beyond. Glowing, phantasmal eyes float around his head, looking in all different directions as they cast dots of teal light around the sand. He glances over his shoulder as she approaches, and she inhales involuntarily.
He’s absolutely covered in scars. Little round things that mark the skin of his face, arms, and legs— anywhere there’s exposed flesh that she can see, there’s a cluster of faded spots. A white line stretches across his neck, and there are two more like it on both his right and left collarbone. His hand is disfigured by a shiny, pink mass— some sort of burn, by the looks of it.
He’s wearing a loose poet shirt with a long V-neck that reveals one more scar— a fresh, angry looking line right at the center of his sternum.
She looks him over, brows furrowed in confusion. When she looks back up at his face, his eyes are different; on one side, the sclera is black, and his iris is the same teal as the eyes that crown his head in a cyclical halo. The other eye just— isn’t there. It’s a black void, any depth or lack thereof completely imperceptible to her.
“Hey, Sasha”, he says breezily.
the amount of affection I have for people who explore their aspec identities through creating and consuming magnus archives content is unmatched. like hey me too!! thanks for helping create a space where we can all explore this side of ourselves together!
pet peeve is when fandom takes a woman character who doesn’t get enough screen time or characterization and they try to give her more but it’s always like ‘oh she’s a total badass and she NEVER loses and she’s great at every sport and she can drink men under the table and she’s super competent’ like stop 100% let that woman be a weird fuck-up. she fully runs into a door and has to go to ER. she has unsuccessfully tried to commit arson. she has shitty taste in music. she’s a normal person and not a Cool Girl

Sasha listens to Weezer. She listens to Weezer and Radiohead and fall out boy and twenty one pilots. Melanie was pulled out of her angry stomping out of the archives after her statement in season 1 because she saw Sasha listening to Scotty Doesn't Know on Spotify web browser and had such intense year 10 flashbacks she had to talk to her.
Like that's not the only music Sasha likes, she's generally into like, 90s pop and hip hop with a soft spot for 80s rock songs and British punk of all eras, but that's like. Sasha when you pass her the aux. When she's alone, she is a creep and a weirdo. What the hell is she doing here?!!!?
