It's true. He hasn't been that open about it actually.I remember him talking about it only in an interview in 2016 ( in which he was being pretty honest in general). He specifically said that she wanted to hurt herself, not to cut. He said he never told her that the song was about her, but she's good now. Also mentioned that the original lyric of the last line is 'uno stronzo' not 'una stronza'.

He said the album will be out at the end of 2020 so I think he hasn't changed his mind since there is much time until then to do all the travelings, but you never know. We'll wait and see

I guess the fact that he performed only guitar + voice and that he hadn't been on stage for almost 2 months is enough for you to imagine how it was!!! Like at this point I don't know if it's only me or he really is that good but I know for sure that my eyes got a little bit wet tonight :)
