Long time CHIKARA fans remember King of Trios 2008 when an unknown trio from the Midwest called Da Soul Touchaz stole the weekend and the hearts of the Chikarmy. They became an intermittent staple of CHIKARA for years, but, they haven’t been seen in CHKARA since the 2013 Tag World Grand Prix. That changes on May 26th when CHIKARA returns to Chicago and the Logan Square Auditorium. The original Soul Touchaz triumvirate of Marshe Rockett, Acid Jaz, and Willie ‘da Bomb’ Richardson will unite to take on the Creatures of the Deep. Will this be a successful homecoming for Chicago’s favorite sons, or will Oceanea’s charges stake their claim as the trio of today?

Da Soul Touchaz return to CHIKARA on November 10th in their hometown of Chicago! Even though Marshe Rockett was in for the September 2011 doubleshot, we have not seen Da Soul Touchaz in full force since CHIKARA's last trip to the Logan Square Auditorium in June of 2011. At that time, they managed to put away the BDK trio of Tim Donst, Tursas and Jakob Hammermeier. This time they will be taking on The Batiri, who as of late have been one of the fiercest trios thanks in part to their affiliation with Ophidian. If they can put down Chicago's hometown heroes it will be another step towards their goal of domination. Da Soul Touchaz are not a team to look past, and they certainly don't want to lose in their re-debut. Both teams want and need a win, but which team will end up getting it?

Throwdown Lowdown for 10.18.11, ft. Da Soul Touchaz vs. The BDK from "The Case of the Bulletproof Waldo".

The 252nd Podcast-A-Go-Go brings you a complete match from the 2008 King of Trios tournament. In this match are Da Soul Touchaz of Marshe Rockett, Acid Jaz, & Willie "da Bomb" Richardson (who are set to compete in this years King of Trios tournament) in their CHIKARA debut against Team BSE (that's Blood, Sweat, & Ears) of La Sombra, Xtremo, and Kobra Kai. Added to "Operation Big Freeze" in Williamsport, PA next month is a match between the big boys of CHIKARA - Tursas of the BDK and Willie "da Bomb" Richardson of Da Soul Touchaz. The BDK and Soul Touchaz have been at odds for months. These two briefly met in a trios match back at the season opener, where The BDK defeated Da Soul Touchaz when Dorado purposefully unmasked himself to frame Da Soul Touchaz for committing the ask. Now Richardson will get a chance to truly get himself on the BDK's largest member. Which of these colossal grapplers will come out on top?
