It’s a League class. ‘How to make dramatic entrances’, with its follow up of ‘timing of dramatic reveals’
As we observed in this episode, Oliver Queen has the prowess of a cat. Not to mention, he was in the freaking LoA for about three weeks, and they clearly perfected the art of the stealth entrance.

Captain’s Log, Day 109 of Summer Hiatus:
We’ve seen glimpses on the horizon of the trailer, but these days no one is certain that it actually exists. I fear the remaining survivors may begin to eat the fallen in order to survive. All I hear these days is a low mutter of “where is it? where is it?!” among the crew.
It has been a long summer. I fear I may be losing my own sanity waiting for the trailer.
