Why?: Tough because they both sucked. But Christy was evil, Billie was just annoying. Which isn’t totally Kaley’s fault - I think whoever they cast in that role was always going to be almost unanimously hated by the fandom. Christy and Billie were the worst part of season 8, in my opinion. We knew it was going to be the last season of Charmed, it should have stuck to how it began. The Halliwell family. The Halliwell sisters. Not whiny interlopers.
