I know there’s an existing post somewhere, but here’s the list of OBGYNs in the USA and other countries that will perform tubal ligation (aka female sterilization) without arguing with you
It's worth noting that a bilateral salpingectomy, which removes the fallopian tubes entirely, will not only sterilize you but greatly reduce your risk of developing ovarian cancer while being just as safe as tubal ligation. Some sources estimate that 80-90% of ovarian cancer begins in the fallopian tubes, so if you were planning to request a ligation already I'd strongly recommend asking if you can get them removed instead, even if you don't have any family history.
Reblogging because I shared this resource previously.
My doctor explained that the failure rate of tubal ligations (or "getting your tubes tied" as it's commonly called) was relatively high compared to that of a full bilateral salpingectomy (which is a removal of the full fallopian tubes), and therefore the latter was becoming more common practice than the former.
Still, an important distinction to make and a great discussion to have if this is a path you want to take.
